I asked for inverter firmware upgrades, it was done within 2 hours after requested!instead of waiting the normal within 24hours period.

Paul Thomas - what a great guy! I have just had a solar system installed and there were a few tiny niggles which Paul helped me resolve. I was calling on my electrician’s phone line which isn’t supposed to be used by end users, but Paul went out of his way to still help me. 10/10 service from a brilliant, well spoken, knowledgeable and courteous guy. Recently had storage battery fitted and the day after we changed internet provider. I contacted the company who fitted the system. They wasted £160 per call out flat rate. Then per hour£50. I did not want to pat this just to link my wifi to the system. I left it for awhile thencontacted Sunsynk. Customer service. They sent me a you tube video explaining fully how to do it. Problem solved . Thankyou
