I’ve only won a small amount once, but they did cash me out eventually, albeit only 100$ they did not rip me off so that’s cool. Rude customer service just like every other small casino but unlike others a higher up actually emailed me and made the situation right without being prompted by anything but a 1 star rating on live chat.

The customer service is by far the best out of all the online casinos I've encountered. Anytime I have a question or need assistance I pop up the live chat and am promptly helped but the friendly staff. I believe this casino is fun and fair. You just have to be patient with payouts. They do pay though!!

Just days ago I came on to trustpilot to write a great review for sunrise slots. As of this morning I log on and my VIP status has been removed. I have deposited over $500 this last week. I am receiving the same cut and paste answers from every customer service representative I reach and when asked to speak with a VIP manager I was told no one could help me. I am very disappointed and how I have been treated. I would not recommend playing on this website because eventually they rip the rug right out from under you.

So I played last night I deposited my money first after confirming my account and as long as you do your account confirmation first payouts are actually within 30 minutes when you're using mitosis I deposited with my crypto wallet and I was able to withdraw my $130 win back to my same wallet it was processed approved and in my account within a half an hour so I give them a five-star rating I had no issue whatsoever

Been waiting for almost two months on a lousy 100$ withdrawal... to still only get pushed off daily about it, if they respond at all. Do NOt spend your money here folks. Nothing but bad news. I even have screenshots of one person telling me the money has been sent to my act already and then talking five minutes later when I ask another person for the time stamp of that transaction, he would only say that he’d escalated the matter, and that he cannot promise me that the funds had been sent even though the previous employee told me just that.

This company is illegitimate scammers that stole over 440 dollars in winnings from me. I somehow got lucky on their rigged system and since I got lucky they refused to pay me what I won with a false lie.

I was approved for my withdraw on march 7 2023 and to date I still have not received my wire. Never did I get an email that it was approved I had to call to get this information. They really are scammers and don’t think I will ever get my winnings.

Ok here we go I started playing on here with your typical no deposit bonus that you get in your email inbox everyday. It took me a while but I finally got thru the playthrough balance and was able to cash out…..I thought. they first tell me I have to make a qulifying deposit of the minimum amount and I would be able to with draw it right back out then I find out I’m not eligible for the no deposit bonus because you have to make a deposit between each one to qualify. This company steals your money. Made a deposit and got logged out then couldn’t get back in. Created a second account to get their info and called to talk to someone , I was told that they saw I had my money on my account but my account was closed and I would not be getting my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and said no manager was available. I got on their chat and asked about it to have the chat shut me down , closed out the chat on me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I initiated a withdraw of my winnings. It has been 43 days and I still haven’t received the funds to my bank acct. The only way to reach them is through a chat. You can’t call anyone for help. All their reps keep saying is there are so many winnings and withdraws that there is a delay with the 3rd party payment provider they use.
