Everything was smooth and just like agreed. No hassle, no trying to sell some unnecessary extra things, car was just as we booked and in great condition.

The full warranty is not recognized
Everything went well as usual, except for one thing. The broker (Europecar in Finland) does not recognize Sunnycars' full warranty. We therefore had to check the vehicle at check-in and if anything had gone wrong, we would have had to pay the excess and make the claim to Sunnycars ourselfs.

So happy I chose SunnyCars
So far, I’ve rented a car through SunnyCars twice, and there have been no issues with the company.
The customer service is very helpful and friendly. I had a couple of questions regarding my driver’s license, so the operator contacted the local car provider to clarify them. The contact center is always available during working hours, and I was able to speak English since my German is not yet fluent.
Recently, I had an issue with the local car provider. They charged me 1,000 euros for damage that wasn’t caused by me. I uploaded all the supporting documents to the SunnyCars portal, and they reimbursed me within a week. If the provider eventually refunds the money, I will simply return them to SunnyCars. So the full coverage policy really works.

Everything went well. Just wished I had the ability to extend the rental one more day. Perhaps that’s a feature that can be added in the future. Nonetheless the experience was awesome and will use them again.

I had some doubts at first, as this was my first time using Sunny Cars. However, everything went smoothly — the process was easy, affordable, and completely transparent with no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. The local partner in Palma de Mallorca was Hertz, and we even received a car upgrade. With full insurance coverage included, I felt completely at ease and worry-free throughout the rental. Faultless in their delivery
Sunny Cars were very competitive and faultless in their delivery. Although the rental car desk at Thrifty, which fulfilled Sunny Car‘s booking, was anything but cooperative, this is not Sunny Car‘s fault and lies solely with the Thrifty representative. I can highly recommend Sunny Cars, and will book with them again on my next trip.
