Sun-Maid doesn't reply to my consumer complaint
I have tried to contact Sun-Maid six times since May, but have never received a reply from them. I have used various channels to contact them (e-mail, Facebook and the contact form on sun-maid.com). On their website they claim they will contact "within 2-3 business days", but that is not true; it's been over three months since I first contacted them.
UPDATE: Only when I told about this on the social media, they finally replied: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, please contact us at [e-mail]".
