One solar panel was broken (clearly…

One solar panel was broken (clearly before packing), but I had to take all accountability with transport (I was told this only after paying). They paid back "their mark-up", but it did not even cover the extra transport to replace the panel (on my account).

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused , please note we indicate clearly on the website that the courier guy does not cover glass items at all which you agreed to when placing your order with us. Please note we have confirmed this with you as well via email before we proceed to courier the order to you.

Please note we can provide you with clear cctv footage as well if you wish while your panels were wrapped before shipping. We will never courier a broken item.

I ordered a pure sinewave inverter…

I ordered a pure sinewave inverter which had a pwm built in solar charge controller. This was advertised as a combo together with a lithium lifepo4 100ah battery.

Much to my disappointment the built in pwm solar charge controller does not work unless you get a 12v solar panel which solar warehouse does not stock or make you aware of and on wanting to return the inverter as I only had a 460w panel (which was not compatible with the inverter i was told it couldn't be done
