I am a pool equipment installer based in Sydney , 30 years in the industry. The oasis heat pumps are THE BEST heaters on the market. We never get call backs. They run forever and heat the pools 10/10. Don't waste your money on anything else. You have heard everything you need to know. Take a technicians word for it.

I generally only review businesses that fail me. I want others to know who to avoid. This is one instance where I can confidently recommend a company, and say that they genuinely treated my custom with respect. We are really happy we chose Sunlover to install our pool solar system. Their communication was excellent, they did what they said they would do, they came when they said they would be there, and when they left they told me when they would be back. We've had some inclement weather lately, and despite it, the job got done and with a sense of urgency because they were delayed.
All of the staff I dealt with were approachable, courteous and professional. As I alluded to, they seem to care that I gave them my business, and that matters.

If every business had customer service at the level of Sunlover, life would be great. Unlike others I spoke to prior, they spent the time to work through the options, proactively recommend solutions, and explain in enough detail that I could make the best informed decision for myself. The install team were just as great, and when we hit an issue, were forthright and transparent. After sales I had to get them back (due to an issue I created), and they responded rapidly, and were back that day. I really cannot fault this business, and others should aspire to this level of customer service.

When we started the journey researching pool heaters, we had no idea where to start. Every company we called gave us different information and we were so confused… then we came across Troy from Sun Lover Heating. He is very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with. He answered every question we had and it didn’t matter what time we called, he always answered or called us back. The installer/technician was also great and went above and beyond for us. He knew exactly what he was talking about and just reiterated that we had made right decision by choosing Sun Lover heating to install our pool heater.
I recommended Troy to other family members that also purchased and heater and will continue to do so moving forward.

Sunlover installed the solar heating for my pool yesterday. They were prompt, helpful and very professional. It was 31 degrees and it got to 49 degrees on the roof and the installers Nick and Matt were up there over 4 hours. I can't believe they didn't just stop and come back another day. They completed the installation. I am a very impressed customer and you don't say that very often these days. Highly recommended.

Sunlover Heating were very informative and helpful from the start. Managing Director was very helpful and was very quick to respone to our pool heating needs. Heating System was delivered in fantastic order and technician was very informative and productive. I would highly recommend Sunlover Heating for your pool heating needs. If we ever move and need heating again will be contacting Sunlover. Easiest pool heating company to deal with in Melbourne.

The technician came out, bang on time. He was fully aware of the issue and needed only to be granted access to the property.
Within half an hour job done when others had quoted 2-3 hours and additional costs given a double storey home.
I would highly recommend this team!

Sunlover recently replaced my aging pool solar. I found them extremely helpful. They clearly explained my options, gave a fair price, came on time and cleaned up after them. They installed the Rigid Panel System and new pump which is all working perfectly. The after sales service was exemplary. I had some questions on how the system was working which were sorted out straight away. A serviceman came out at no charge to insure the system was working correctly which it was. Thank you Peggy and all the team.

Everyone I spoke to were very helpful. The site visit was arranged promptly and the quote arrived the same day. Once the deposit was was paid I was told the wait due to the recent storms would be 2 to 3 weeks. To my surprise the work was done the next week and now we have a fully functioning pool again. Great service.

Just have to say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Sunlover Heating to get our leaky solar heating replaced.
From the sales guy to the office people to Ryan who did the job - fantastic job & fantastic service.
Could not recommend more highly.
Great to see companies like this still exist.

absolutely fantastic!!!!!
we booked the guys in to replace our tired, leaking old solar matting which we inherited with a new home purchase. when work commenced, it was discovered that the leaking salt water (we don't know how long for) from the old matting had eroded our terracotta roof tiles. work was postponed until we went through the whole insurance saga. during this period, we were in regular contact with alex at sunlover. his understanding, patience and advice made us feel that we were all working together to get the matting replaced in the lead up to xmas. our insurance company was informed of issue late october/early september. anyway, our roof needed to be replaced as the damage was so bad. as soon as these works were completed, sunlover were there the next day to complete their works.
its now the end of march and can tell you that we have had a fantastic summer, with our pool, (not our first), being the warmest we've ever encounted. (in Melbourne).
