Feedback well taken care of

A while back I had an issue with some discriminated behavior. I wrote my feedback on Trustpilot and the summerbird members have read my review. They have taken the matter very seriously and resolved the issue hoping I and many other tourists will never suffer from the same issue again. They apologized and spoke to the staff members at the summerbird I had issues with. They also sent me some chocolates as a courtesy which was very sweet of them. I highly recommend buying from their yummy chocolates and because they have really good customer service!
