Very bad company
Very bad company. The floor heating in my house was not working. So I found this company on Google because their website says they are a very experienced VVS.
When their employee came to my house, he seemed very inexperienced, he was only at my house for 15 minutes and then said he didn't know what the problem was, he can't do anything and he would ask some experienced colleague and call me back. But I waited for 2 weeks and I didn't get a call from him or his company.
Then I called company again, and the person who answered the phone was the owner of the company, and this owner said he would understand the situation and call me. Then I waited for 2 more days and finally got a call from this boss. He said they should fix it and when I asked him for a guarantee, he said their company would not give me any guarantee and would not be providing me with service and told me to find another company and also asked me to pay 1000 KR for the first 15 minutes of bad service.
