The most incompetent people I have ever…

The most incompetent people I have ever met in the banking world. If you are looking for a job at SWBank, just make sure you aren't the rudest person on earth and you understand how to download a document. That will already ensure that you will be a star in their organization. And if you can smile and even spell "customer service", you will be a superstar.
I regret having ever banked with them, and will change at the earliest given opportunity. Terrible people.
