A simple iban transfer takes 2 , 3 or even more days to be completed while other banks need just a couple hours!! Unbelievable! Must be the worst bank globaly!
Worst bank ever. So much complicated to open an online banking account. Needed to request access several times and still didn't work. PIN not provided. Asked and got one after 2 weeks, then error with the PIN and the NetKey. Barcodes are expired within this waiting time. I need to request again and they had the audacity to send me Kundingung without any reason. Seriously guys, I cannot setup your online banking. How am I supposed to use the bank, and even transfer my money I received there back to another account? The customer service does not understand what are the rising problems with their applications. No English support of course! This bank is dying faster than expected if it doesn't synchronize with the year 2025.
The worst bank in Germany. They got stucked in the millennium with their online banking system. Sending post mails, pins, puks, faxes, all these old school stuff in the name of high security standards. The whole management should be fired and new, open minded, innovative ppl should rebuild the bank image.
Poor service. Rude customer service. Four day work week.
This bank is a complete scam, avoid at all cost. You pay fees, for absolutely everything, after 20 years holding bank accounts in different countries, this is by far the worst
Deutsch: Schlimmste Erfahrung. Die Volksbank gehört zu den schlechtesten traditionellen Banken. Online Kompetenzen fehlen. Flexibilität nicht vorhanden. Zinsen am schlechtesten. Dazu kommt das sie einfach Kontoführungsgebühren abziehen und nicht erstatten, bei einem EIGENTLICH KOSTENLOSEN KONTO!??? Nicht zu empfehlen. Besonders die Volksbanken in NRW!
English: Worst experience. Volksbank is one of the worst traditional banks. Online competences are missing. Flexibility not available. Interest rates the worst. In addition, they simply deduct account maintenance fees and do not refund them, for an ACCOUNT THAT IS ACTUALLY FREE!???? Not recommended.
Volksbank Pur: terrible banking experience. setting up accounts is complicated. ordering new services is complicated. the securegoplus and banking app interaction is overly complicated. activating a credit card came with instructions that were just completely wrong. no option to switch to english for online banking.
Most unethical bank with worst service ever:
1. More than 25 days to reply to a complaint (!!!)
2. More than Eur 10 per month account fees
3. As soon as I lost my job and was unemployed they informed me that my credit with the credit card was suspended (please note that I have been a customer for 12 years)
4. Very unfriendly service at the bank in my area
Conclusion: I don’t need the BVB, there are plenty better ones with a better service and fairer fees

1. Mehr als 25 Tage, um auf eine Beschwerde zu antworten (!!!)
2. Kontogebühren von mehr als 10 Euro pro Monat
3. Sobald ich meinen Job verloren hatte und arbeitslos war, teilten sie mir mit, dass mein Dispositionskredit gesperrt war (bitte beachten Sie, dass ich seit 12 Jahren Kunde bin)
4. Sehr unfreundlicher Service bei der Bank in meiner Nähe
Fazit: Ich brauche den BVB nicht, es gibt viel bessere mit besserem Service und faireren Gebühren
