Ordered a 58 degree wedge and a 56 degree wedge came. Contacted sub70 many times with photos and reasons why it's no good to me but I've received absolutely zero replies. I Originally contacted them on 21st of December.
Putter ordered only to be told some 2-3 weeks later, via WhatsApp message, that there was an issue in obtaining the item! Seems strange as the item was indicated as being in stock when ordered and currently still is. Option for refund or alternative model offered to me. As I really wanted the item I enquired about the envisaged wait time. Unfortunately all went quiet and I got no reply to my messages. Alarmed by the failure to respond I asked for an immediate refund. I thereby got emails confirming cancellation of my order and a refund. As the promised refund never materialised I sent follow-up messages. Subsequently a message received saying refund to be put through again. Guess what? I'm still waiting!
