Easy quick booking process easy to understand

The show was an experience I wish could have afforded better seats, stubhub was good price to get tickets due to not being able to go directly on to ticket master

Entire process was quick and easy.

Platform is good buyt custoemr service and policies regarding event cancellations are very bad for the consumer. Buyer be aware of these as they hide behind their T&Cs.
I would avoid using Stubhub and just transact directly with the event organizers

I enjoyed the music selections. My seat gave me a great view from the balcony.

Love Stubhub. The only downside is the tickets not transferring at time of purchase. We bought Broadway tickets three weeks prior and did not receive them until the day before the show. Small print says, if something goes wrong, you will receive a refund. When people are traveling, that seems very risky. Luckily we had a back up plan and everything did transfer on time.

I would like to personally thank Rony, the person I called with on 6th of July, 16:39 Central Europe time. After 2 and a half weeks of writing with the chat support because I received one wrong ticket instead of 2, he stepped up and helped. I received another ticket within a day, and I successfully got into my dream concert, BTS, with my mom. It was the best day of our lives, just the process before was very, very stressful for us, because of the initial wrong ticket and the long time it took for the issue to get resolved.

The concert was great. The tickets came on Monday for a Friday concert.

Great deal, and a great experience! the show was incredible, but this service made it so easy to get.

First: we always enjoy SPAC for the excellent sound ! I have been going there for over 50 years !
2nd: I despise DESPISE LIVE NATION
They have not improved the venue. being forced to rent a lawn chair is the icing on the cake. The prices are outrageous for food and drink. They flat out took all the fun out of an evening in the park. You can’t even get into the parking lots early to tailgate.
The seats I snatched in the balcony center were perfect and I purchased a Guess Who shirt .

Finally: I used Stub Hub saw it went to Ticketmaster in hopes of not giving Live Nation a dime

The show was much more than I expected and loved our hot summer night out ! It was 96 degrees in Saratoga, NY. Get out !

Thank you for making this experience smooth and user-friendly. The only issue was that the location was indicated incorrectly. Fortunately, we had enough time and made it to the theater without any delays.

I was worried about my StubHub ticket for Paris BTS and spoke to many international Armies who said the same for Paris as it was our first time using the service. My concern was a waste of energy. I bought my concert tickets on this resale site, and I admit I was a bit worried at first.
I contacted them several times, and the customer service team was always helpful and supportive. They even called me to better address my questions. I am truly very satisfied with this site! The only downside is the price, but you are guaranteed a secure transaction.
