Great price and great view

What an absolutely amazing experience, I would have never imagined that I could find club suite tickets on here, this was my first time in this venue, I was in town visiting as was my home team, got to see an amazing game, in an amazing stadium, in fantastic seats.

Ordering and receiving the tickets when as smooth as possible. The seating was terrific, and the game was great. Overall, our game day experience was fine. Thanks

Easy to get tickets to an almost sold out show! Easy access to get in using the app.

It was good and easy to order..BUT…I had purchased 5 tickets to Train @ SPAC and realized I was supposed to get 6, I went back to get a 6th and it wouldn’t allow me to…called Ticketmaster and SPAC and no help there. Well this left one empty seat next to us that no one purchased, no matter how many times I tried to purchase it. But worked out because we did use that empty seat and for “free”! Your loss!

Price and experience is fine. The whole having to wait until only 24 hours before the game to receive tickets is a leap of faith. Especially when these are part of a vacation where I'm not as connected to the internet as I am when I'm not traveling.

My event was postponed due to weather. I completely understand that but had to give the complete story. When they finally got the venue back one week later I kept on getting two different times for the show 530pm and 830pm. I tried chatting with them and they confirmed for 530pm. Following day I get another email saying it's for 830pm. I continuously got emails for two different times the entire week. Night before I called again and they tell me 830pm. Fine so next day comes I get an email that is for 530pm. At that point I was furious because of the inconsistent information. I rushed to the venue which was one hour away from me. When I opened the actual ticket it now states 830pm. I call once again and they tell me 830pm with no apologies whatsoever. When I finally get to the event and was seated. I realized it's not what the seat chart claimed to be. It was all the way in the back of the venue and I literally paid $400 for two seats. Why would I pay that amount to be in the back. It did not match the venues configuration and everyone sitting beside me had the same exact complaint and reaction when sat in that area. It was very misleading. Really disappointing experience for a comedy show. If I could attach the screenshots of the misinformation I would.

Over the years, I've purchased ticked from Stubhub quite a few times. The experience keeps getting better and better. Booking, payment and redemption of the tickets all went well for the Rush concert July 18th in Chicago! One thing I thought was particularly notable - Stubhub sent reminders to download the tickets to my Apple Wallet in advance of going to United Center.... so that you aren't fighting crowded cellular when you get there. Smooth!

I was nervous about getting my ticket the day of the event. However, I received my ticket at 2 pm the day of and it was seamless to get my ticket downloaded to my phone. The ticket had all of the information as when I ordered it.

While I received the parking pass on my phone, there were no tickets for the event I was going to. Apparently, StubHub tickets can be transferred to a different ticket broker like Ticketmaster, which I don't have an account with. It was time for the game to start and still no sign of our tickets. Thankfully, the tech team at Tropicana Field was able to track down our tickets. I will never even think of using StubHub again.

I was really nervous about buying resale tickets through StubHub, but the whole experience was excellent. Their email updates kept me informed, and their full refund guarantee in case the seller couldn't provide the tickets gave me real peace of mind.
Everything went smoothly, I received my tickets on time, and had no issues at all. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely use StubHub again.

Excellent parking spot...concert was amazing

Easy to buy tickets and it's very clear. Showed seating and prices that were reasonable. Better than ticket master.

Olivia Dean's concert was awesome, but I think a little AC or letting cool air in a closed arena with 15000 people would've made the experience more comfortable especially for those who are hurdled up in the lower area

Loved the concert loved stubhub for making it happen . PriceS where pretty high for it being in MONTANA as we are a Rual state and dont get a lot of Big name artist here. It was a sold out show though ! #jellyroll
