Amazing team
I recently bought a used Q5 from Tamworth Audi, The car was absolutley stunning in every sense. The Sales team were really helpful and amazing. There was a minor issue but Carl Connolly the Sales Manager was all over it in no time at all and it was sorted. I am so grateful to Carl and the team and I am loving the amazing car. I would reccomend the dealer with no hesitation and I will be back.

They had the vehicle for over 5 months to do a gearbox repair.
I incurred costs of £3500 in payments for a vehicle I never even had possession of.

If I could give zero stars I would, do not get involved with this dealership, they don’t call you back, never answer the phone,they have tried to get me to pay for repairs to my car that’s under warranty, after a mix up between them and Audi assist, avoid at all costs

The Service Rep was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, the promised wash and vacuum was missed. The service desk was closing at 1 PM, so we were offered a reimbursement for an external wash. Given the effort required to get the car washed elsewhere and submit a claim, we feel the chance of us being refunded is probably slim.

Better than other main dealers I have used.
Booking was easy (easier than other main dealers of other Franchises I have used). No delays in getting a booking. Kept up to date at all times on collect and return service and drivers were friendly and polite.

Trying to phone up and talk to someone is a nightmare and more attention to receiving calls from customers should be looked at as a priority.
Also if a courtesy car is booked 3 months in advance, it shouldn’t be cancelled the day before the appointment is due
