Great service from Stuart Vachre. He was approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and really understood what we were looking for. Stuart helped us find the model best suited to our requirements and explained the finance options clearly, making the whole process straightforward and easy to understand. Nice staff. Good price

They are always welcoming and offer guests refreshments. Quick and efficient and I always end up going to Trafford Centre via tram as it's very close by. I get to spend a day out at Trafford whilst my car is being taken care of. I won't take my car elsewhere.

Try and stick to the time booked instead of delaying 2 or 3 hours later. Having to waste 2 or 3 hours is hard enough. Having more mot inspectors on site instead of having 2 especially when you have several cars booked for the day. Communications between the service area and the office staff do need improvement as we customers don't get told.

Excellent service from Audi Manchester throughout. They provided a clear, thorough breakdown of the repairs required, with a video showing the faults, which was really helpful and reassuring. The customer service was excellent, and I had complete peace of mind knowing my car was being looked after by true professionals. Highly recommended!

Chap at from of house was superb, however......I collected my car at 5:30pm, had to wait 30 mins as was told my car was being valeted (although the car was ready around 11:30am) then when i got to my car completely shocked to be told it hadn't been touched inside or out.
Was told I'd get a call the day after and guess what.....yep, it never came!

I bought an Approved Used Q5 and AJ and the team were very friendly and helpful. There was a fault with the aircon which was a pity but the whole team moved with speed and efficiency to rectify the fault. Sometimes you learn most about a company when things don't go perfectly first time. And they responded really well to get me on the road. Thanks to AJ and the team!

Everyone was ace, very welcoming and informative

We bought an Audi Q3 from Stratstone Manchester Audi in December 2025. Water ingress was first identified and formally documented by our local Audi dealership Macclesfield Audi on 30 March 2026.

We paid for a repair, but the leak was not resolved. The vehicle was returned in July under the stated workmanship warranty, but the issue remained unresolved.

Stratstone Manchester Audi inspected the car on 16 July 2026 and confirmed that water ingress was still present, with possible risk to the electrics.

We sent a formal complaint to the selling dealer in July and escalated it through Stratstone's online complaint form on 7 August 2026. As of 15 August, we have received no acknowledgment or substantive response. Stratstone's website says it aims to respond to online complaints within five working days.

We would welcome a prompt written response from Stratstone, a clear plan to resolve the water ingress properly, and better communication throughout the process. We hope this feedback helps improve how similar complaints are handled.

Update (Sept 10th)
Despite Stratstone acknowledging the ongoing water-ingress problem and raising a case with Audi UK, we still have no clear repair plan, booking date or completion timescale. Water continues to enter the car, risking further damage, and the vehicle remains unavailable for normal use, causing significant inconvenience. It has now been 26 days since our previous review update and 45 days since our original formal complaint was sent on 27 July 2026, yet we are still waiting for Stratstone, as the selling dealer, to provide a clear resolution.

They had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks no courtesy car issue with alternator and was told I need to pay for a new battery. Not happy when you pay 87k and have this issue.

Everything was done as agreed and on time.
