I had a problem with an A6 Avant which was less than 2 years old. I had the vehicle fixed under warranty. The vehicle arrived on the 31st of March (at Audi Amersham). Was not looked at until the 13th of April. A part was ordered, arrived the following week and could not be fitted because they did not have the right tool. A further delay. Once this was fixed, the fault was still present. Another part was ordered, arrived, and they needed another specialist tool. A further delay. I eventually got the vehicle back on the 7th of May. This is a dealership that sells hybrid and electric vehicles. I expected a dealership selling Audi EV's to be able to have the appropriate technical staff and tools to service them. Communications were very poor throughout the period.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
The most careless and unprofessional garage you will ever come across.
- Mix ups with booking my car in for service and mot.
- Name spelt incorrectly on 3 separate occasions by staff at the branch, which meant I had to provide ID to confirm my own name.
- Miss quoting by £600 for work necessary.
- 45 miles taken off the range, which has been 'explained'.
- Car washed by Stevie Wonder, potentially damaging my car paint.
- Tyre pressure warning light not reset after changing a tyre.
- 3 months later and I have had 2 emails and 1 missed phone call to resolve.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Their customer service is an absolute joke. Honestly, I don't know how Audi allows this branch to be run like this (it looks like a lot of other people have had a similar experience).
I have a Q6 which is under a year old and has been experiencing electrical issues, so I booked it in with Amersham Audi to get this looked into. One day before the appointment, they called to say the courtesy car wasn't available, so I had to cancel and rebook. They said the next available appointment with a courtesy car was in 2 months' time, so I booked it.
Once again, a guy called Kevin called me the day before to confirm, but this time said there wasn't a courtesy car on the booking. I explained that I'd waited 2 months for this because it was the next available appointment with a courtesy car. Kevin apologised and blamed the previous service manager, who had now left the business. He said he would speak with his manager and call me first thing the following morning — he didn't.
Over the next 10 days, I called asking for Kevin 4 times — he ignored my calls and didn't call back. On day 11, I finally got hold of him and he apologised again. He then booked me in for another appointment 2 weeks later with a courtesy car.
On the morning of the appointment, I drove 20 minutes to Audi and decided to call on the way to confirm. Lo and behold, I got through to Kevin, who told me there had been an issue and the courtesy car wasn't available. Bear in mind I'd rearranged my work diary (I was due to be in London today), and once again they've completely messed me around without ANY notice.
Honestly, an absolutely shocking and incompetent level of service — avoid this garage at all costs.
Came here after being ignored at West London Audi, what a difference. Loui our sales advisor was amazing from start to finish. I'm loving my band new car.
Everything was as expected and the service team provided excellent customer support

All okay and service was good although had to call myself for updates and the payment for the second work had to go to bank and not able to pay over the phone by card this was not advised to me initially when the car was returned to me
