Brilliant service, easy communication and a tidy job completed on our two vehicles. Highly recommend. Steve will recommend the right system for your needs and explains what they do and how they work with any associated ongoing costs and service provided by the tracker companies. The App was installed, set up and explained before leaving. He also comes to you, so very convenient service.

I was looking for a certain tracker and immobiliser, I had spoken to other companies out there but Steve explained clearly and saved me money by recommending the right product for me. The booking was swift he came out and fitted the system within a few hours. He was that good that you wouldn’t even know someone had been in the car. After installation he explained well on how to use the system and app. I would highly recommend him

Excellent service. We wanted to upgrade our tracker with an immobiliser. Stratosphere Auto Systems arranged to come out to our vehicle location to complete the task. Having arranged an appointment they kept us updated with an arrival time and arrived promptly. Their technical knowledge is impressive and we are very pleased with their work and the product.

Outstanding and Quality service provided by Steve and Sam throughout the enquiry, purchase and installation. Both went out of their way to fit me in at the earliest convenience. Tracker and Ghost immobiliser installed and working well, thanks Guys.

Had to install a tracker on a last minute notice due to an insurance requirement, Steve from Stratoshpere was able to install it the next working day on an exotic car that they had never seen before. The work took longer than a standard car, but Stratoshpere was patient with it and explained to me that he had to avoid the carbon fiber to insure a good GPS signal. Meta track account activated the same day and everything working.

Stratosphere provided a professional service in fitting my tracker to my new vehicle (transferred from my previous car). Easy to book, arrived on time & fitted the tracker with the minimum of fuss. Good price as well.

Steve has recently completed his third install for me and done a fantastic job as ever.
It’s easy to assume all vehicle security installers offer the same service and therefore tempting just to focus on price alone. However, working in the automotive industry myself for over 25 years I can confidently say the effectiveness of any vehicle security hardware is hugely dependent on the quality of the installation - the quickest install is often the least secure.

On the contrary, Steve intentionally takes his time, carefully and respectfully disassembling your (often brand new) vehicle, drawing on his broad experience, detailed vehicle knowledge and unrivalled industry/technical connections to covertly install your device in the best possible location. His attention to detail is amazing and he clearly takes pride in his workmanship.

Everything went really smoothly from the first text message to confirm payment and booking to a friendly call the day before installation to confirm time of arrival. Installation was pretty quick at around 2 hours and Simon was a pleasure to deal with, as was Steve with the booking. Simon took plenty of time to explain how the system worked and what I needed to do and the system works really well. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.

Excellent comms, excellent value for money and an excellent installation and aftercare support. First class on explaining the system I had installed, very flexible at fitting it with regards location and timescales. Thoroughly recommend Stratosphere Auto Systems for installation works.
