Soon after send inquiry email to Myautosecurity, Ian contacted me. I had to install Immobiliser in my car and he booked me in straight away.
I didn't even need to go to the garage. The engineers (Kav) came to my place on time. He was very professional and polite. Installation was done in time. Ian send me text to follow up how it went.
It was 5 star service. I recommend Myautosecurity 200%. Great hospitality.

I felt I had to send a five star review towards Ian and his team at Myautosecurity 
with regards to the excellent guidance care and experience they showed with having a ghost alarm system removed from my car

I had the car for four years and it had run its path with a finance agreement

Part of the request via the finance company was to have the car be returned to them in the original condition that I had received it

this resulted in me reaching out to numerous approved specialised companies trying to find a fair and competitive quote to remove the Ghost alarm system

After speaking with numerous companies
The distinctive difference I immediately notice once I had made contact with Ian from Myautosecurity 
was so instantly noticeable

He came across as a voice of experience, but most of all care

He took time to explain the whole process and how it would work and even gave me guidance on what to do after the product was removed from my car

I proceeded to secure his services and have to say was very impressed with the whole procedure and process there after

I’ve been using this dash camera for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night. The full HD/4K resolution (depending on your model) captures clear, crisp footage, which gives me peace of mind when I’m driving.

Setup was quick and easy – the instructions were clear, and the suction mount holds firmly in place without any wobbling. I love that it starts recording automatically when I start the car. The wide-angle lens covers a large portion of the road, and the loop recording feature means I never have to worry about running out of space on the memory card.
The communication is brilliant and Ian who made sure im happy with the dashcam will give you the best support and advice you need. Recommend

Ian from My Auto Security was very prompt and helpful with his service and response. I got an immobilizer installed through My Auto Security and Ian provided excellent service right from arranging the engineer appointment and following up till the full installation was completed.

The installation engineer Herbie was also very knowledgeable about the product and explained the features and usage very well.

From the moment I contacted My Auto Service and spoke to a really lovely Man called Ian who really was so knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know to help me make my decision on which Dashcam to go with.
I decided on the IROAD dashcam and had it installed which was done very quickly for me, and I must say I am so very pleased with it!! It has a really good Clear video and I feel so much safer driving around.
