Stop Start are a fantastic trust worthy delivery company, with a tracking system that notifies of your delivery day & when it will be expected, with a real time map to view progress of the delivery driver on way complete with the drivers name. My delivery driver James went out of his way to bring my heavy awkward package right in my house.

I recently bought a ceramic sink that was delivered by Stop Start.
Delivery was quick and the communication was excellent. I was updated by text regularly and I even got a message telling me there was a two hour delay as the motorway was closed but the driver still managed to meet the delivery time.
The sink was very heavy but the driver, Ian, was very polite and helpful and put it safely where I asked and informed me of the refund time if I had any problems.
Stop Start were very efficient and reliable, a great delivery company.

The efficient way the parts were delivered only a day and a half after ordering i was emailed with a time slot (even though I didn’t receive it until the parts were delivered the driver very polite friendly and brought the parts into my home

Great service from Stop - Start. Message to say that the driver was five minutes away, and the delivery was within the time-frame specified. Couldn't ask for more!

Never met such a friendly and polite delivery driver. My delivery slot was up to 11 o’clock but arrived bang on 11 and he even apologised for the traffic! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Delivery of plumbworld items by Stop Start was really satisfying. Texted prior to delivery day, then half hour slot before actual delivery. Andy G delivery driver was very polite, helpful and made sure we were happy before leaving. Great service and much appreciated.

Our washing machine arrived on time, the 2 delivery guys were very pleasant and installed our new machine very efficiently. Also, we had regular updates on when the delivery would arrive which meant we could plan to go out in the afternoon.

Delivery bang on time, with prior notice on-line. Very impressed with how securely everything had been packed in the van. Driver was polite, friendly and efficient and carried my heavy packages to where I wanted them, checked with me that I had everything I expected and took photos to confirm. Everything arrived in good condition. Could not have been better.

Had a parcel delivered from stop start and it was a pleasure. Constantly kept up to date with progress. I knew the minute the driver was there and on time.
