Perfect delivery experience

Very friendly and helpful company who…

Very friendly and helpful company who actually take care in delivering your items , i wasn't in when my parcel was getting delivered stop start rang to let me know they was at my property I explained I wasn't in so they done another drop and come back to deliver my parcel allowing me time to get home , no moaning no rude driver just friendly helpful staff

Great service

Great service. Easy to contact they were happy to delay, from a very fast but inconvenient delivery. Arrived on the agreed date with good and accurate warning of a pretty narrow delivery window. Pleasant driver and package in excellent condition along with fragile contents.

Great service

Driver was very prompt and communicated in advance to ensure delivery is made correctly. Althoigh I wasn't home to receive, reassurance was given by driver that order will be delivered in a safe place.

I was given a two hour delivery window…

I was given a two hour delivery window which they kept to. The tracking app was excellent so we were ready when they arrived. The items were too heavy for me but the driver carried them and placed them carefully in my garage. Overall a very good experience.

Very speedy and efficient service

Very speedy and efficient service. My Order was placed at around 3pm and the goods were at my door by around 10.30am the following morning. Solved a big problem for me and exceeded my expectations.
