A Pelikan M200 and a Kyoku Haku Pen…
A Pelikan M200 and a Kyoku Haku Pen Case for 10 Pens along with a couple of inks! Again, everything is in perfect order, both the pen and the pen case are perfect, the inks came in one piece, no spills.
The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because this time, for the first time, I did not receive email notifications. I didn't get an order confirmation and I also wasn't notified when my order shipped (and no, I had nothing in my SPAM folder). The website works perfectly and I was eventually able to confirm and track my order through there. But.. I'd still like to keep email records. It makes it easier to manage.
Still a happy customer, though!

I recently had a wonderful experience with Stilo&Stile. Their customer service was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was excellent, and my items arrived carefully packaged and exactly as described to Canada.
