The driving force is the willingness to recreate an ancient and lost relationship with handwriting without getting lost in anachronism but rather looking forward to a technological research, to new competences and future project. Our mission is to welcome enthusiastic, curious people and even neophytes for handwriting in a place of sharing where all can approach with our products. We started with a physical store in Rome (Italy) in 2004 with the desire to create a physical place for sharing. Passion and care for the details drive our project, pushing us constantly search for quality, innovation and craftsmanship. Stilo&Stile is like a time machine where you can project yourself in past gestures and traditions yet keeping on open mind on the future at the same time.

Perfect!

Nice and easy website with a beautiful selection of products. They offer a wide range of items, and many are in stock. My Pilot inkt bottles and fountain pen arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The products are of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Fantastic delivery and selection

First and foremost, this is an amazing shop with a huge selection and range from the cheapest to most expensive pens there is.
The delivery was super quick and tracked, and I'm from a country which delivery always takes time.
Would definitely order again!

Honest Review

Hi, I initially had an issue which delayed sending the package for about 3-4 days. I am very happy with the swift response of the sender once i reported the issue, and that it arrived very quickly.

On another note, there was a slight mistake on the color of my purchase, I ordered the green shikiori Sailor PGS, and I got the deep blue one. However, I like this one more, so no worries :)

To give an extra star, I would recommend that whenever there is an issue, whether inventory or anything else, to inform the customer before they contact you, as an expensive pen is something someone buys and worries about all possible issues it may come with, until they get the product and use it.

Having said all the above, I will buy again from this company, it is trustworthy for me.

Update: Following my original review, the shop contacted me directly to discuss my experience. They took the time to understand what had happened, apologized for the issue, and offered to work with their logistics team to improve the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, they also provided me with a discount on a future purchase. I appreciate their willingness to engage with customer feedback and their effort to make things right. I will give the extra star back for their effort.

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience.
Package came well secured.
The people at the store were willing to do a writing check before sending out at request (included a cute little writing sample).
The pen I ordered writes beautifully out of the box.
