Purchased car bumper stickers on 2 occasions. Both times they arrived within a week and were exactly what I was after.

Awful company, approved prints of my labels for a new product we're launching and sent out labels cut incorrectly by defective equipment. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked for usable labels to be sent which was refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS

I've been using Sticker Market for a while. I was pleasantly surpised on the first order to find out that they are based in Korea. They are one of the few companies online that will do custom sizes. Prices were reasonable at first.

The first order ended up sending someone else's order to me, I paid out of my own pocket to redirect this, despite Sticker Market promising to reimburse me, they never did. I could have easily just binned it. They promised a discount on the next order, this never happened and I just got a standard response when asking.

My orders finally came, 3-4 weeks after the packaging supplies arrived. I was horrified to find that none of the stickers on craft paper, which is a standard, will stick to anything. That is right. They are not sticking to any packaging supplies. See the pictures below.

I run an ecommerce business, the labels were just falling off bottles and other packaging materials. I emailed the company, and just kept getting brushed off. They're excuse was that it was an error with the printer, I asked them to fix the issue as the labels were un-usuable, all 10,000 of them for multiple products. They told me I would get a discount on my next order. I mean, these labels are completely useless. I'm not going to pay for a discount on another order for a quality issue which should be rectified by the company, furthermore, I've been let on with this magical 'discount' previously when I did them a favour and redirected an order.

I won't be using Sticker Market again, I urge people to use caution on big orders. The sticker quality is hit and miss and they will not give refunds.

You may have denied that you are not based in Korea, but please own up to the fact that you are not in the UK. Why else would you call me in the middle of the night at wee hours? Why did you respond to me 10 hours late, only at 2am in the morning? Why are you not answering my repeated calls even though it is 2pm now, the best time to make a business call? The reason is because you are in a different timezone, isn't that right?

Anyway, whatever. I don't even care about where you are from, I just want good stickers which you didn't give me, and I prefer to patronise an honest business which you are not. Furthermore, I am not amused by your idea of rectifying a mistake. I do not at all enjoy being forced to purchase more stickers at a 'discounted' rate to make up for the unusable ones that are going into the bin, as a result of your poor product quality.

My heart is filled with so much joy the moment I have received my stickers. However, upon counting my stickers I only received 950 stickers instead of 1000 pcs. I immediately inform them and good thing they have sent the lacking stickers and promise to give me additional stickers on my next purchase as a compensation for their mistake. Will definitely order from them again.

Not happy at all with this company, I placed an order and got a completely different product to one I ordered. Their customer service team emailed me to say it was completely my fault and that they would do nothing. Anyway it's their loss as I have now found another company who have produced the right label at a fraction of the price quoted with this company and I hope to use the new company on a regular basis. Stickermarket need to sometimes take responsibility for their mistakes and put things right. I wont be using them again.

Appalling service, they seem to be based somewhere in Korea from the delivery label we received. As a Graphic Design team we were sent completely the wrong items and have as yet not received a refund or replacement. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Very misleading company! Their logo is a Union Jack and the address on the website is in London, however they are based in South Korea. When I had an issue with my order, I was asked to return the stickers to South Korea and pay the associated charges for this. Buyer Beware!

*EDIT* Really? Stickermarket have replied 9 months after I left the review, I knew that their customer service was bad, but slow as well?

Service was fine & the pricing is very much reasonable. But there was issues with the colours of the stickers, good thing Stickermarket were able to send us new stickers with the correct colour. Definitely, will coming back for more order. :)

One of the cheapest ways I found to get proper stickers online (maybe because they are coming from South Korea)
The company was very responsive by mail for any question, and very kind, they sent me a pdf proof of the design to approve before sending anything, and the 1000 stickers ordered came as described in our hands (one week earlier that the estimation time), clean with very nice colors

Very happy with the stickers and also with the level of communication throughout the ordering process. I would recommend them!

Absolutely awful experience with this company, ended up losing £200 because had to go elsewhere to get stickers printed after they botched up my order and then refused to admit to it even though I had an email with the whole conversation on it, literally in black and white. Couldn't speak to anyone about it, they wouldn't call me back, it was really stressful. Also I doubt very much they they are a U.K. Company, just something not quite right and the fact they don't charge vat. I'm a professional graphic designer and have been for 25 years and have never had to deal with a company like this. They are cheap but there is a reason for that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Love our new stickers from Stickermarket, they have this amazing quality print. Exceptional results. We are looking forward for another better deal on our next purchase. ;)

What I love about StickerMarket is their fast transaction. I did not expect that I will receive my stickers after a week and they told me told received my stickers within two weeks.
