Boycott this duplicitous Korean company
Joke of a company. Despite the brazen use of Britishness in their branding and their address being listed in London on their site and Google, this company is not British. They are South Korean and their entire operation is in Seoul. They are purposefully deceiving customers. This is already enough to completely boycott this company but on top of that their products are terrible. Low quality and there will be print issues and/or damages, for which they will never refund you.

This company is absolutely bloody…
This company is absolutely bloody useless, they drifted around without processing my order, for 3 whole weeks, and then said they needed different artwork. And their customer service is appalling, no apologies, no yes-we'll-do-it-now, just more 'uh huh' noises. Unreliable and unhelpful. Do not use them.

Whilst I have no problem with the work provided I am only awarding one star as I felt duped into believing they are a local company.
Searching for a nearby printing firm resulted in the stickermarket website coming up, with a page dedicated to my town (as I later discovered this is auto-generated, you can change the name in the url to anything and it'll make a corresponding page.) Along with their logo and co.uk domain name, I was led to believe I was supporting a local business. It was only after placing the order and looking at the tracking info that I discovered it was being shipped from Korea (via Germany.) A ridiculously high carbon footprint and damaging to local companies who may be struggling in this difficult time.

felt betrayed
the service may even be ok-ish;
the 1 star rating is a consequence of an feel of uneasiness I was left with when I felt betrayed by the big claims and promises of their services, and after a brief chat with their online advisor.
they seem to promise the moon, at low prices, and then deliver perhaps anything between a big waste of time or a decent overpriced service.
I put my trust on their adverts ""200 cards for £4.99""; i didn't want quality, I was happy with normal or low standard quality - not a problem there. As long as at those decent prices! I felt betrayed when, after having investing NO money BUT lots of time online, designing or choosing a template for my business cards I found out that the shipping charge was £12 (£12!!) on a £7 order. the order was 250 grams heavy, no larger than an a5, could very easily fit in a letterbox size..
it is an extortionate price...not even if packed in sheets of gold and insured for £1000!! it is just a normal delivery!!
I think it would have been much more honest to either not promise all of that and at the very last min shock the customers with such and extortionate price or to just mention at the beginning that the price for 200 business cads is NOT £4.99, but it is £4.99+£12 delivery....at that price instead of a cheap set of cards one can get top quality cards!!!!! why waste time here??
just so we all are aware of it: with £12 one can send a 20kg bag across the nation, and a 10kg bag across the continent

Before I purchased from their site I checked out the comments here which made me a little nervous about purchasing from them! But there was no need to worry at all!
