Give us more than 24 hours!
Had to order school uniform. Sizing of some items is a little off and I had to make a return but it was super easy to return and they gave a small reduction on delivery of another item although the reduction offer was only valid for 24 hours after return which I felt was a bit restrictive. The delivery is very quick.

Not great!
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service I received.
I initially purchased the wrong garments (as the school had actually discontinued them) which were subsequently refunded. I then ordered two skorts, but these were missing from my delivery. When I contacted the shop to let them know they hadn’t arrived, I was then informed that they were actually out of stock.
What made this particularly frustrating was that I had attended a fitting appointment back in July specifically to make sure I was organised and prepared well ahead of the new school term. Despite doing everything in plenty of time, the school term has now started and I am still waiting for the skorts to become available.
Unfortunately, the whole experience felt quite disorganised and the level of service was not what I had expected, which was very disappointing.
