Just had an amazing service from…
Just had an amazing service from Stelrad. We love their column radiators and contacted them for some small radiator parts that our disappointing installer had failed to fit (he doesn't get even one star!) They weren't available to purchase through the normal retail outlets but Stelrad not only sent them to us very quickly but they supplied them free of charge! Would highly recommend their radiators and their customer service. Special thanks to Stacey for all her help.

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with my internet and accidently ordered two units. I rang your customer service department and spoke to a charming lady who sorted the problem straight away and amended the order and issued a refund.
When the order arrived I then found that I had ordered the wrong model, I again rang customer service and spoke to the same charming lady who arranged to collect the wrong part and deliver the correct one in two days,
It was a pleasure to deal with your company and to speak to a person at the end of a phone.
I do not know the name of the lady I dealt with but she is a credit to your company .and I hope that you can thank her from me. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Replacing an incorrectly ordered Radiator
I had a problem as I had ordered the wrong orientation for a replacement radiator. This was only discovered 10 weeks after delivery. When I called Stelrad there was no fuss! The replacement was instantly organised as was the collection of the original.

Good quality radiators, customer service is good. Radiators tend to arrive damaged, so I would not recommend ordering last minute. I am on my 3rd delivery due to damaged radiators and I ordered 6 radiators

Good Radiator but bad delivery service
I have used stelrad radiator in our two house. Also recommended to others. This time delivery has let me down as they didn't turn up on the allocated time. Reason they said their van was full. All plans were meshed up.
