I had great customer service buying a used Kia Sportage from Stebbings. Andrew Ntege was an excellent salesperson and made the viewing and buying of the car seamless. I had never driven an automatic or larger car and when Andrew took me for a test drive he explained everything in layman terms. I was convinced to buy the car after the test drive. Handover for my car was very quick and easy, Chris answered all questions and gave lots of information and very friendly

We Travelled 7 hours to collect a 2024 plate vehicle with 19000 miles on the clock. We purchased the vehicle after being reasuured the vehicle was in “mint condition and after being sent a description and video stating the vehicle condition was “like new”. We were told it would also receive a valet and full check before collection.
When we arrived to collect the vehicle we were shocked to find the vehicle had multiple dents, scratches to the bodywork and bumpers, a flat tyre, multiple cigarette burns in the seats and trim, dirty and stained upholstery, loose interior trim panels, misaligned doors, a strong tobacco smell and a damaged unusable tyre repair kit. The vehicle was not even fit for the road! The member of staff we dealt with agreed we had been mislead and were given a false description of the vehicle. He went to speak to the manager. The manager would not see us. They said the costs to rectify the issues would be too high and they agreed to refund the money for the vehicle. Unfortunately they would not offer any further compensation for our extensive wasted time and money due to their deceitful sales member that sold us the vehicle under false pretences. If you are thinking of purchasing from this dealer see the vehicle in person if possible or avoid them all together.

I purchased a very nice car from these guys, I was looked after by Chris Martyn, all I can say is that this is a genuine and friendly company who I would deal with again in the future.

My experience very well could have been a one star if they didn’t handle me with such care.
Recently brought a car from them but unknown to both parties the oil rings would go bad leading to engine failure on a car with 75k miles.

After telling sales manager Tom how I felt as I wouldn’t want a repair but a new car he helped me. He was quick caring and professional. Treated me like family couldn’t be happier.

When I arrived to see the car I see on website Chris was very helpful and polite I took car for a test drive and when I got back Chris sorted out all the paperwork what was needed after a few days Chris phoned me to give me updates on when I could collect it.
