Got exactly what I wanted, site very easy to navigate

Probably the highest cancellation limits on the market BUT it’s very unfair that, although one can increase the limit mid term for a pro rata AP, one cannot amend that limit downwards. For example, my policy renews on 3/9. My big holiday, for which I need a £14,000 cancellation limits, is in October. After that, any other holidays will only need a max of £5,000, yet, even if I return from my big holiday claim-free, I cannot reduce the limit downwards. If I wanted to add wider territories or a cruise, I could do that for a PR AP, but not the other way round. This seems very unfair and I would like an explanation please.

Have used staysure since first going abroad in 2015. Recently went to Greece and phoned for a quote and was told it would be around £250 for a single trip for myself and my wife. When I told the operator that was a lot more than I expected to pay he said I will speak to my manager to see if he could do better, he immediately came back with a price of £68 for exactly the same policy, which goes to show how much they try to rip you off! Called them again Recently hoping that was a one off and apparently not gave me a annual quote of £286.99 and when I told her that was expensive she immediately came down to £233.13 so I told her that was OK (I have a medical history, so I understand it will be more expensive than normal) I then said I have 20% discount code that Staysure have been emailing constantly and she said it doesn't apply to you because you have a medical history (most people have). Told them I will never use them again and take me off their email list, I have received more emails than ever. Careful using Staysure they are a rip off.

As usual a very professional service. Helpful. Very good price. I have been with staysure for many years.
