My WiFi after migration to FTTP seems to be dropping out and my mobile is switching to Mobile network. WiFi seems to be weeker than it was before migration. My digital home phones seem to be ok. This is not good.

Took ages to cancel auto renewal
Tried to cancel auto renewal. Eventually happened but kept trying to get me to take a new policy or a voucher that I could only use with them!!!! Reason I did not want to renew as I wished to add a three day trip to USA. Charge was extortionate. Told the company I would certainly never use them again. Found a very competitive quote from another company who we have returned to again

Doesn't make sense
I requested a quote as I am elderly and not totally digital I was asked to find the medical condition for the pill I take for my kidneys meaning that I needed to contact the pharmacy and my Doctors surgery to find the answer. When I tried to get back to Nezy I wasn't able to contact her which meant I had to go through the whole experience again. I am annoyed at the whole experience taking so long and painful.

The price was competitive
The price was competitive, their agent was excellent, he explained all manner of items that we needed to know to put us at our ease ,the service over the phone was really good .now we can on holiday with ease .not all older people are computer friendly so it makes a difference to have a person to speak to .thank you staysure .

A solid travel insurance policy
Polite knowledgeable staff that are available on the telephone to discuss policy requirements and appropriate cover levels for your needs. A good robust policy to cover the majority of regular travel insurance requirements without the addition of countess bolt ons. Well done Staysure.

Hip Infection France and Transfer to UK
Recently had to be hospitalised in France for a streptococcal infection on my artificial hip. I was in a very bad way and was in a French hospital for 6 days and then transferred by ambulance to a UK hospital by ambulance where I stayed for another 18 nights for hip opening up, washout etc.. From initial notification to the end of relocation Staysure representatives were absolutely brilliant and supported my wife superbly - Thank you very much!!
