I have had a look at your policy and during the quotation stage, the documents were requested by email only. I can confirm that the agent you spoke with on 21st August emailed your documents and also sent them by post. Please allow up to 7 working days for the postal copy.
I have also resent your activation link for your online account. Please check your junk/spam emails for the emailed documents and also this link if neither have landed in your inbox.

Yvonne still waiting on link, and documents you have emailed, also at purchase of annual insurance requested paper copy as I like to take my insurance documents when travelling.

Pressured into signing the same day when I called not to renew.
Lady did not send the new price & policy as promised.
On renewal why didn't you give me the 'discounted' price anyway?....instead of 2hours of my time and your time in getting 'the best price'.
Probably won't renew next year if I have to go through this again.

I could not understand agent's accent
I could not understand agent's accent. She talked almost like a chatbot reading off a pre-determined script. Her answer for huge increase in cost from my last Staysure policy was ridiculous. I got discount after frustrating discussion but it should have happened much sooner

I appreciate that it can sound like a chatbot is speaking to you and I do apologise that she didn't make it more personable. Please be assured that the call will be listened to and any relevant feedback passed to her manager.
Premiums may vary due to several factors, including inflation, rising medical costs, and the overall claims experience of the underwriter in the preceding year. Additionally, broader market conditions can also influence pricing.
Therefore, even if there have been no changes to your coverage, such as health or destination adjustments, other factors may still impact the premium being offered. I'm happy to hear that she was able to offer you a discount.
