A great service from the initial all to the updates then ultimate pick up.

Excellent experience with Start Rescue. Their communication is very good from start to finish. They have sent someone to collect my car and take to the nearby garage when it wouldn’t start. The person who collected my car was from Victoria Rescue in Yate and he was really helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Notified breakdown using app. response was good and I was quickly notified that recovery vehicle was being despatched and it arrived within 30 mins. Disappointed recovery only service was available and no attempt to repair vehicle on site

They were very courteous and kept us informed all the way through it is some of the recovery services that are the problem but the one we had was very nice

It was a tricky recovery from my drive due to the car being locked in park but they managed it and got it to the garage. It was a difficult job that took time both getting on and off. Great professionalism and a great service.

Easy to book a visit online. Was able to track the mechanic and see how far away he was and how long he would be. Very pleasant chap and he was able to sort my car. Start were monitoring and contacted me because he was a bit longer than they had anticipated as he had a tachometer stop.
I would thoroughly recommend Start.
Since writing this review, two people I have told about Start Rescue have now signed up. They have also done their own online comparisons before making their final decision. Both are happy with the ease of joining and the competitive pricing.

I cannot speak highly enough of your breakdown service. This is the second time I have needed assistance, and both experiences have been excellent. The technician was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable, quickly getting my car running again and offering helpful advice. Breaking down can be stressful, but on both occasions your staff put me completely at ease. Outstanding service and customer care throughout.

I was able to report my breakdown on the app which was quick and easy to do and only took a couple of minutes. An agent replied within minutes to advise help was on its way . It took about 20 minutes for the breakdown truck to locate ne and was then able to take me to my nearest garage.
I have been with Start rescue for many years, but have only had to use them twice. They are friendly, efficient, caring, trustworthy and inexpensive. Highly recommended.

I had a battery problem on Sunday. A gentleman came to my rescue from Rhigos Motors within 10 minutes.He was unable to get me a bty on Sunday but I got a new battery from Rhigos Motors on Monday around 11am. The service from both Start Rescue and Rhigos Motors staff was excellent.thank you.

App worked fantastically well and the recovery truck arrived within 40 minutes.

Excellent response.Clutch failed and car not driveable. Prompt response on phone and by recovery contractor Beacon Recovery. Vehicle taken to home and subsequently to garage for repair. A fantastic service. Would recommend.

Service was excellent the lady who took my details was very helpful. The company who attended were also very helpful, unfortunately the car was not repairable and had to be transported back to my home. It took two hours from making the call to me arriving home with the car.I consider this exemption service and will be renewing contract in a couple of weeks

Start Rescue is an exceptional network organisation, I cannot fault them, and would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already done so to one of my lady friends

i have been with start rescue for about 12 years or more. never used there service.( just paid for it). my policy came up for renwel. i phoned start rescue up. to and was told by them that my sons car could not be on my policy. but when i put it on my policy over three year ago i was told it was fine as long as it would be recovered to my address. i was happy with that. i was going to add my daughters car to the policy (three in total) so i am not happy. the ironic thing is i have never used there service ever ( that is over 12 year)

Always punctual and go above beyond to help you to resolve problem ! Wouldn’t use anyone else !
