Quick easy this was a relatively simple process

the information given was very helpful with making better decisions

I really learned so much about how quickly people can get into trouble with credit cards.

Overall the course was good. It could have been a little more descriptive on the choices. Some choices were confusing. There should be a key code or something equivalent especially if an answer could be more than one choice.

The test is very self explanatory to follow and customer service at the end was great..

I’m very pleased and satisfied with the online questionnaire. The process did not take long at all .

The education was very helpful however there were several technical problems that required my inputting all of my information SEVERAL times, which was very frustrating and time consuming.

My experience was a pleasant one. I only
Had two areas of concern:
Directions wasn’t clear. I completed all my steps at once because I thought I was supposed to finish all steps. It wasn’t clear which subjects were needed. Also, there was a problem on the company’s end with the issuance of my certificate. that issue was quickly taken care of after a phone call. Overall , I still recommend the service. Best part is I passed my course, got my certificate of completion and was also offered 50% refund due to income status.

It was very easy to do, very informative and I highly recommend it.

Great learning experience I wrote notes and was able to take some things with me after the course to use in future situations and certain topics I am able to use as references in the more immediate future. Grateful for the opportunity to even be able to to see this information. This stuff should be taught in school starting in 8th grade or as late as 9th grade to start these habits early but nobody genuinely pushes for this type of agenda so unfortunately you have to go through the experience of life lessons in order to then receive information as great as this.
