Unreachable
Unreachable. Can't get a callback. Zero communication. I NEED MY PRE BANKRUPTCY CERTIFICATE. I feel so terrible leaving this rating (and I hope I may be able to change it later), because the pre bankruptcy course really is quite good, but I don't know how else to get them to notice me. Given that for the past two weeks I have been unable to connect with them by phone (or get an email response from customer service), I have gotten desperate, and I'm lost as to what to do next. No matter how long I wait in the phone queue, no one connects. No matter how many callbacks I book, no one calls. Day after day at work, I keep my cell by my side with the ringer on, and with a good cell signal, but still no callbacks. Are you out there? I'm here, and I need help!

AS OF TODAY 3/24/23. I took the class more than 10 days ago and as of today I still have not received my certificate even though I passed the test. I called and I automathically received a voice mail stating someone will get back to me. bad business not returning calls nor emails.

easy to understand what was going on, very easy to comprehend. educational and stuff needed to be made aware of. the quiz were helpful too. When i had to call to get the certificate the lady i spoke to was very happy, friendly and courteous.
