The house is located at a great spot. Grocceries and rest are closeby.
Swimming pool was good and the kitchen decent.
The host from Stakrmark was extremely helpful too in answering all our questions

House- good location, relatively clean;
Pool- liner/interior dirty, charges for heating pool;
On the cheap policy-- extremely limited supplies i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, only two washcloths provided all inadequate for house that sleeps six people;
Four twin mattresses- flipped off the box springs--after calling to complain, the mattresses were changed;
Instructions to put out garbage-- garbage was put out to curb but NOT picked up, cans moved back from end of driveway by unknown person???
Instructions re: thermostat to be kept no lower than 72 degrees, two separate days returned to house after being away all day and found thermostat at 69 and 70 degrees???
Overall, we would NOT rent with Starmark again! Deference and response to clients far better at hotel/motel.

Place was great. Would stay there again. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only drawback was it wasn't 1 mile from Disney as advertised. Would recommend to a friend.

Roaches , questionable neighborhood, full time neighbors had old ripped up tarps up to separate the areas, trash all over side of house, the added fees list was outrageous and the grill was disgusting, 5 bedroom house and didn’t have enough towels, I have used this company before and was shocked to have this property in this condition compared to the rest. Also not knowing until 48 hours before you show up is redicullus especially when people are coming in from all over . Wasn’t happy

Nice apartment in a villa with free parking. Full kitchen, two full baths, and working wireless internet. Quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shops and parks, not too far away from highways. Gated, resort like community, with two pools (with chairs and umbrellas). Just minutes away from Disney parks.

This is my Family's 2nd rental with Starmark Vacation Homes. We stayed at one of the locations close to Kissimmee, FL. Our 4 bedroom home was clean, had enough space to sleep 7 of us. Master bathroom had stand up shower no tub or Jacuzzi. The second master also had a master bath with a tub/shower combo. The last 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. There was a small breakfast area that seated 4 and a small dining area that seated 6. The kitchen was small but has almost everything we needed. (No liquid dish soap or dishwashed pods). The livingroom had a 2 seat sofa and a 3 seat couch. The t.v was old & not clear so we barely used it. The pool was small but great for The kids. The garage was a laundry room also doubled as the game room. We had wifi but it was very slow and cut off several times during our stay which required us to manually reset the modem. We were close enough to Publix supermarket & Walmart so we were able to get our groceries for the week. The clubhouse was o.k for the kids not much for adults. There was a bigger pool, mini golf,
(You have to $ rent the golf club and balls) there was a playground with 1 regular swing and 1 baby swing a climbing gym and a slide. There was also ping pong table outside and a pool table inside. There was a clubhouse daily activity Calender. Overall the rental was great for our stay because we were comfortable. Great rental for small family. I would definitely rent again.

I have a very bad experience with people who send to check the property that we rent they enter by the pool side and charge us for a hole in the side of the pool, that was there. And said to me that we have to check the property and said to them about the hole. It was hilarius we rent the property As-Is. And charge us $350 dollars for that thing. I'm so angry! The lady at phone laugh a lot when we try to explain her. That was so irrespectful!

We had a great vacation. We are planning to return next year. Deon M. was excellent, and took great care of us.

Clean, comfortable, just like home, close to Walmart, Disney, everything needed was provided. Towels, cooking utensils., pool perfect for my family of 8..will definitely book with them next time I am in Orlando.

Rented a 4 bedroom in the Davenport area that was unacceptable! The walls in the home were dirty and needed painting, the sofa and love seat were worn and peeling, bed linen was stained with a dried liquid and the home across the street was an eye sore. I had no clue what I was purchasing until the property manager informed me of what and where I was staying. I will never use this property management again!

Forgot to mention I was offered a bigger home and that home was unacceptable as well. It was infested with flies due to the rotten/spoiled food that was left in garbage can. The master bedroom bed had a huge dip which made it nearly impossible to sleep. I must admit the home was nice but it filled with dated and water damaged furniture.

Everything was perfect and the process before the holiday started couldn't have been easier! We would definitely use Starmark Homes for our next trip.

We loved the house it was clean, very comfortable we had a party of 8 and 6 of those lil ones which was still plenty of room for everyone. Great job Starmark!!

The location is desirable, in close proximity to the stores, disney parks, and restaurants. I was surprised to get an upgrade on the private pool, (although it was small, it was sufficient enough for the kids to play at). The house could use a little update as far as the mattresses and beddings. The pillows were all flat and bed squeaks when you move. I think it might have some bed bugs too because towards the end of our trip, almost everyone of us was itching. There were also 2 instances when we found cockroaches, once in one of the bathrooms, the other time was in one of the bedrooms. The last thing that I wish could be fixed is the fact that the owner used the unit as their storage, there were paint cans, remnants of flooring, and other stuff in one of the closet, which also smelled like mold. I know those things can be a big deal to somebody else, but we were able to make the most of it. I just hope it can be addressed for the next renter. We stayed at 2361 Silver Palm Drive

I enjoyed staying in a quiet community that was close to the Disney parks. It was very clean and I recommend it to anyone!

The house and the neighborhood were absolutely perfect. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We even wished we had one more day to just enjoy the house without going to the Disney parks. My only suggesting would be that we did not have a grill. A grill would of made cooking and clean up much easier.
