Their service and attentiveness was great! Great houses, they are my go to for vacation homes.

This was the first time that we ever rented a pool home and was dissatisfied. I don’t know how people could rent a home with the madter bedroom bed a piece of garbage . The one side was all caved in and my husband was unable to sleep on the bed. So much for a comfortable vacation. Apparently there are other complaints in a book at the house about the mattress that the renters care to ignore. We also had low water in our pool that we paid extra to heat and called to have maintenance come take care of that so the filter could run. Never saw anyone and took it upon ourselves to add water after a day of waiting. A definite refund should be given to us for that day that the pool couldn’t filter. Needless to say the owners of that house and you people seem very unsympathetic to us vacationers.

STARMARK WAS ABLE TOO READ MY EMAIL BUT COULD NOT ANSWER THEM OR SENS EMAIL TOO ME. THEY COULD RESOLVE THAT PROBLEM. MY SERVER HAS MADE A TEST ANDTHEY TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS ON STARMARK SIDE.

The house that we got thru Starmark Vacation Homes was very beautiful and perfect for our stay in Florida! The location was great and easily accessible to everything we wanted to be near ie; theme parks, shopping, food, etc

The only things that was a little ? Was after I booked the stay I had to pay additional money, and also if you get a home with a pool, it will cost extra to heat the pool also

Beautiful home. The master bath has a slow draining tub but otherwise the family enjoyed our time there. Much too cold to use pool but solar cover was placed on pool for us. We enjoyed the space and comfort of home.

Nice house with zero basic supply: no trash bags, salt or paper, no even basic sponge to wash dishes. It was annoying to buy all basic supply by ourselves and spend maybe $200

The add on Expedia said the cleaning charge was $120. I thought it was a bit high but agreed to it . After booking I called to confirm with Starmark and the cleaning charge was $198.00.(crazy high)
They (Starmark) would not comply with their add.
A heads up to anyone booking with Starmark: Call them to find out how much their fees are before booking.
The place that I was given once in Orlando was clean and functional. It was older and in need of an upgrade.

We had a problem with the neighbors parking their car in our driveway. We called the number given in the brochure and were told that He was busy and would TRY to help but was not sure when. We were UNABLE to park our car -. Finally he told us to use our car to BLOCK the neighbors in ---🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

We were charged $128.00 for cleaning fees
I had to wash all linens TWICE - pre-soaking the towels in pure Clorox

You should pay me I assure you that we left the unit 200 percent cleaner than is was when we arrived.
The signs all over the place threats - if you brake this or that you will be charged???

This was our third time using Starmark Vacation Homes, and we were once again very satisfied.

Upon arriving at the rental property, the house smelled of stale cigarette smoke which was immediately discouraging. Aside from that, there were no washcloths/ face towels or hand towels in any of the bathrooms. The property itself was nice, the furniture was a bit outdated and worn, there were bugs in the house I’m not sure if they were from the previous renters or just the area the house was located in. The house itself could also use a deep cleaning (ring around the tub and in the toilet bowl) hair on floors and in the bed, garage/ game room was full of dead bugs, my family enjoyed it but the above mentioned issues discouraged us from wanting to rent with starmark again. For the price and strict policies that they have, I expected superior service.

this is second time I have used this company, I had much better experience on first time .
my most recent experience, the house was old, but still clean.
We loved the swimming pool, I would recommend this company but make sure you choose the perfect house for your vacation.

We loved the house, now, the heat wasn’t working for me, I dont know if it was me that didn’t know how to turn it on or if it just didn’t feel in the entire house. Everything was very clean, you’ll have a lot of stuff in the kitchen if you wanna cook, the resort is very nice, the pool and everything. I would definitely stay at regal palms again

The home we stayed at Westside at Windsor was extremely dirty. The floors were filthy, the carpets were disgusting, the furniture was stained and dirty, and there was garbage left on the ground outside by the garbage. The home needs a deep cleaning and some new furniture. The smoke detectors went off continuously throughout our stay. We contacted the management company, however after one attempt to fix, they never returned when we were woke up in the middle of the night again. We ended up taking the smoke detectors down which is a extreme safety hazard and quite scary. We would never stay in a home provided by Starmark Vacation Homes again.

We arrived and was very pleased. We had no trouble checking in. I would suggest that the furniture in some of the rooms be updated. We would definitely stay again!!

During Hurricane Irma,Starmark rentals gave us shelter. Seniors like us are not always treated with such care and kindness. Thank you dear Stephanie. You are the greatest. Everything was super from check-in to out. Thanx also to Dion. Starmark is my "forever" vacation destination. Good prices, nice properties and excellent locations. Alfred & Elizaberh
