Scammers

Scammers.
Does this company actually exist?
I ordered a bag for a banner on February 10, 2026.
Paid £17.50 for the bag and £65 (!!!) for delivery to Ireland.
After I ordered it I emailed them to ask a question but never got a reply.
It's April 24 today and the bag still hasn't arrived.
Why can't I give them zero stars?

Duplicated order, no communication

Whilst we did receive the bag we ordered, as the website glitched and said our payment hadn't gone through, we made an additional order via bank transfer. From looking at the other reviews, it looks like this hasn't just happened to us. We then saw that the order was duplicated and tried to email / phone to get the duplicated order cancelled. They sent two of the products instead, and have ignored our emails and calls. Really unprofessional and there is no way we'll work with them in the future.

Rude and liars

Messaged them through their WhatsApp option from their website as we had a very short time for the banner to be done. Was texted that it would be delivered in one day if we ordered today so we did.
Next day no delivery. When we called the WhatsApp number a guy answered and said it was 6 day delivery and that they did not do 1 day delivery.
I sent him a picture of the text and called back only to be told “F off you c**t” and hanged up on me. Also blocked out number. Now we don’t even know if the banner will get delivered and they got our money.
Absolutely shocking service.

The worst customer experience - AVOID

I don't often leave reviews, but the service here was outstandingly awful. They failed to hit delivery timelines, when I asked for assistance I was sent rude, unhelpful emails, and when I called, was told 'it was all my fault' and hung up on. Still yet to receive the goods, so can't comment on that.

If there was an option for zero stars I…

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. Appalling attitude. Rude, inhelful and dishonest.
I was looking for cost for sending a banner stand to Switzerland. I called them and they said to get it via their website and that they do this all the time. I went on and noticed that when I changed the country from UK to Switzerland in their drop down as they advised, the cost for shipping did not change. I flagged this as a potential issue on their website and they reiterated that there was no issue and that I had to order via their website. eventually placed the order on their website, I carefully chose Switzerland as country from the drop down box, cost for shipping again did not change. But having flagged this already I assumed was up to them to rectify and would likely receive a call to pay the extra. I received a confirmation with invoice showing correct full address for the shipping so was reassured. Anyway, I now have received the banner at my billing address in the UK, addressed to me. When I called to flag this, Chris said I had chosen United Kingdom instead of Switzerland in the drop down. He said I could put the address as ‘the moon’ but if selected wrong drop down it would not ship to Switzerland. First of all, if I had done as he suggests, it would have flagged as a non uk address or would have been sent and returned. The label on the box clearly had my full billing details on it and my name and address so clearly they had decided to send to billing address instead. If it was due to me not selecting correct country on delivery address at very least it would have had the correct FAO. I went on to their website and did the same thing again and selected Switzerland and again the shipping cost didn’t change. 5 mins or so later, I received an email from Chris, with a screen shot showing that when Switzerland is selected it does change the cost. I then went on and did it again and it had changed. I also went into my order history and the invoice confirmation had also changed - although I still have the original on email. Clearly he had recognised a glitch in the system and corrected it after the event. I then sent him the original confirmation that clearly had the full address, and a screen shot of their website form when I placed the order showing I had filled it out correctly. He is now blanking my calls and emails. What I find abhorrent is that on realising his mistake, rather than just help sort it, he has decided to be dishonest about it. I have never experienced anything like it in all my years of trading in print.

Submitting report to trading standards...

Hello readers!

Headlines - Avoid this company! Poor product quality, poor communication, a joke of a returns system, Director seems to have given up. The company owes me £260 which as a matter of principle I’ve been forced to engage legal help to retrieve.

It’s not in my best interest to spend my time writing reviews but for how poorly this business treats customers I feel it’s my duty to warn any future potential clients, there are so many other suppliers to go with, please don’t waste your time with ‘Standbanner’.

I ordered some printed custom size lino, on the stand banner website the product page claims sizes up to 3m x 10m. I was in contact with Chris Ball (Director)

The quality of the printed Lino was incredibly poor and inappropriate for an underfoot product. The design came cut in half and the complete wrong dimensions (Chris seemingly used a third party to manufacture this product because he himself was unaware of the max dimensions the printer the outsourced supplier had….) The item took about 20 days to arrive from Europe, with Chris himself unaware of when it would arrive or from where it was coming…

After receiving the defective product, communication from Chris was reduced to unhelpful single line responses days apart, with basically none of the questions I asked him being answered. it really seemed like Chris had given up, which is sad but unfortunately not the fault of his customers.

I spent around £40 on different couriers to get the defected product back to Chris, who’s address makes it near impossible for delivery (couriers couldn’t get onto site as gates were closed, business wasn’t answering door during business hours, premises unoccupied, inaccurate location labelling on google maps, etc) UPS finally delivered the parcel to ‘Perry’ a neighbour who gave the parcel to standbanner but who Chris claims to know nothing about.

Everything was alarm bells with Standbanner from day 1, I really wish I could go back in time and save all this effort with engaging in this very poorly run business.

I travel with my job so like to work with different suppliers according to which location I’m in at the time. I’ve never ordered custom design lino before so ordered 3 different designs (for 3 spaces within a show I’ve just built) from 3 suppliers to gauge quality / order time / price. The other 2 suppliers delivered the product within the week and the quality and communication was fantastic. Standbanner was the stand-out, but for all the wrong reasons.

I’d be more than happy to talk in detail about my experience with Chris and Standbanner so if you’re considering using this supplier please get in touch as for your sake I would love to convince you to avoid this company like a disease. I can also point you in the direction of other suppliers who treat customers with respect and can actually deliver on what they promise.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed 2 x orders by mistake, one invoice, one card for £900. Asked to cancel the invoice order and go ahead with the one I had paid for. Their response when I followed up asking for a delivery date was 'LOL you must be talking to a different company you cancelled your order'. They then denied they had received the £900 payment, so I had to get my card provider to contact them. They eventually then said refunds are subject to a 15% charge... even though they made absolutely no attempt to fulfill my order in the first place and then charged me 15% because they couldn't be bothered. I should have fought to get that back but in the end I couldn't stand their unprofessional practice to even speak to them. Disgraceful practice and a huge waste of time. They could have had so much business from me and my team.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Company operates under the guise of multiple people but seems to only have 1 contact person in multiple departments.

Items were ordered but after having to go back and forth multiple times with design, costing us in design fees each time with our designer, they admit giving us the wrong template. No apologies for the error but rather just blame. After discussing the unacceptable mistake, which has now pushed the deadline on and making the product late for the event we needed it for, product is useless, now production can’t stop on half the items so we are having to take items we can’t use. Furthermore the design issue products are cancelled after a heated and extremely unprofessional phone call with worst customer service we’ve ever experienced.

Getting a refund for cancelled items is tedious with more hours being spent to get the correct refund amount!

You’ve been warned, DO NOT USE!

Stands Never Arrived, No Response, No Apologies. Find another vendor.

We ordered two stands with plenty of advance notice for shipping to an event in London in Sept 2022. The stands were not shipped with the proper label and therefore ended up lost at the event. I was able to compare their shipping/tracking info to the shipping label info I provided and it was clear the mistake was theirs. As soon as they realized it was their fault, they stopped communicating and never answered another email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It would not have been hard for them to reprint the stands and have the couriered to the event site and made their mistake right - and if they had been shipped with proper insurance, this would have been at little cost to them. With all the options there are for banner stand printing, I would suggest you find another company to work with.
