I ordered a MacBook Pro and was told delivery would be within 24 hours. Dustin shipped it to the wrong address. Since then I’ve called multiple times and received contradictory information every single day.
First they promised they would change the address and I’d receive it within 24 hours. Then they said they had to “let PostNord fail delivery” before they could change it. After PostNord failed, Dustin again promised I’d get it within 24 hours — so I cancelled meetings and stayed home — but nothing arrived. The next day they said PostNord tried delivering again to the wrong address and it failed again, and now they don’t even know when I will receive it.
The worst part is the repeated promises that were not true, and the total lack of ownership. I’ve lived in Sweden a long time and I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessional handling. They also told me I can’t cancel and the order is “non-refundable” despite the delivery being sent to the wrong address.
I will not order from Dustin again, especially not for a company account.

Its so annoying when you order to then get a email later that day or the day after saying that the product you order is not in stock...If its not in stock then dont say it is. It happens way too many times and now dustin is my second store i order from.

Don't order anything from here! I order a len cap in May. Delivery date was 2-4 days then got an email from them that the delivery date was moved to June. Then got another email that it is moved to July. Then yet another email that it is now moved to 27th August! They just keep moving thd dates for months after. Do not do business if you cannot keep the promise!

I had to pick some external storage from many items I was interested in, which were almost in the catalogue and in stock. I knew it would come the next day, or the one after, as this is how I experienced this vendor before. Which is what happened. I have reached out to their customer service a couple times (to discuss some specific international keyboard layout and something a bit trickier) and have always been actually happy by their professionalism. So I purchase here when there's no big price difference with another vendor. Feels right to reward seriousness and good service. That's also probably why I take the time to write a positive review, which I rarely do.

Dustin might have done a good job with what they sent, but I can't tell, as their service provider Postnord failed to deliver stating "delivery impossible recipient unknown, return to sender." which is ridiculous, as I receive packages from Post Nord and others all the time and the Adress is correct.....
As per PostNord App the item is back at Dustin since 2 days.
Dustin's telephone service did not work "Too many people calling, please send us an email i."
I have done so, 3 days ago - providing all details
Dustin has not reacted to the email, but sends me now an email to please rate my experience @trustpilot which I do herewith.
Summary: Dustin has my money, and my item.

HEADS UP!
I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock and delivered within 2-3 work days. I waited a week and heard nothing. Asked for a status update from Dustin after a week and they said it was not in stock, but would be in a couple of days. Another week went by and I asked for a status update from Dustin. They told me it will be in stock in an additional 4 weeks!
Dustin has poor service in:
1) leading buyers on to thinking the items are in stock and will be sent in 2-3 work days, when they are not
2) provide no updates on delayed delivery time
3) the product was paid for at order and still no customer service when delivery is delayed
4) no explanation and nothing to make up for the bad service
This is the second time this happens to me with Dustin! I waited for a printer for several weeks. I will not be using Dustin in the future.

I wish there had been the option of no star to rate Dustin Home support. I am just surprised how some big companies have partnership with Dustin in terms of supplying office equipment with such a poor delivery service and customer support. I have been waiting to get one headset delivered since last 1 month. First they accepted the order and then they could not deliver the product due to the issues from their delivery partner "Bring". Called multiple times requesting to re-deliver but it seems they cannot deliver and then the product is kept by Bring from 2 weeks finally returning back to Dustin. I had to reorder the same product once again and the only response from Dustin Support is they have received the order and then just silent. Upon enquiring after a week or so regarding the delivery of the product, Dustin Support team says the product is not in stock and hence no communication to customer. I must say what a pity to get a product from Dustin Home on time.

Terrible routines and buying experiece
Situation: As a business customer, I ordered three products on 26 January: A laptop, an iPad, an iPhone. Expected delivery is about one week. They are for a new employee starting 14th of February - plenty of time.
As soon as I ordered, delivery dates start changing. The update emails are not understandable really; all I realize is that something got delayed.
Worse, once two of three products are available, they don't ship them even though we are past expected delivery date! So I call them the Friday before the new employee starts: Where is my IT equipment?
It's a routine that things only get sent once all products of an order arrived in stock.
Really?!?! If two of three products are there, just ship the stuff - it's bad enough I have to wait for the third one (that Dustin promised would long be available). Especially for business customers - we work with deadlines if that word rings a bell.
Support was friendly (like always in Sweden) but useless - surprised I was in such a rush. They could ship it to me now (arriving on the 15th) but it's chosen routine that the customer needs to call to request that (incl. 30 minute phone queueing).
So what happened to the missing iPhone?
The last update said it would be shipped on 28 Feb.
On 2 March, it's still not shipped, so I call. No delivery date know. Delivery dates only get updated if there is a known new date. Just incredible.
I'm usually a friend of local businesses. But with these practices, Amazon will eat you alive (alas).
Oh, the only positive thing is that they have a broad choice of products with decent descriptions. But given their business procedures, it's still only 1 star.
UPDATE / RESPONSE: I read Dustin's response. I understand your choice of default. What I am trying to get across: Your choice of default is not customer-friendly - quite the opposite. I don't have time for manual processes to reach out and follow up, and I don't want to think about an order once I placed it - it's too much work. Putting the burden of reaching out on the client _in a situation where Dustin doesn't deliver as promised_ makes your customers just angry. It would be a different story if
- either there were different delivery dates planned from the beginning - then you can let the customer choose (and pay), just like Amazon
- or if the process of choosing was *extremely* simple: literally a click in an email. If it requires a manual email or a phone call, you are screwing the customer experience.
