Sexual harassment

On 14th April between 10:00–10:10am, my girlfriend was subjected to sexual harassment at Structural Steelwork Ltd. This included wolf whistling and a sexually suggestive comment from individuals on site.

This behaviour was unacceptable and made her feel uncomfortable. Although the individuals initially denied it, the company later confirmed after investigation and CCTV review that the behaviour did take place.

While action has reportedly been taken, it is concerning that this happened in the first place in a professional environment.

I hope this serves as a reminder that this kind of behaviour should never be tolerated.
