From the time we walked into the Deelux showroom, we were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail that Michael and the team put into our design and installation.
Although we had been to other mainstream kitchen companies for quotes, Michael looked at our plan, measured our proposed kitchen and presented us with a visual representation of what we could expect our new kitchen to look like. The visual was not accompanied by pushy salesmanship, but it did include details which made the company stand out.
We had a design in our head which said that our new kitchen must include an "island". However, the presentation by Michael suggested that having a free standing island would not give a lot of room to physically walk around. The suggestion to overcome this was to have a "breakfast bar" attached to the main kitchen units rather than a freestanding one. This would give a lot more room to move around the kitchen! Brilliant!
The other companies would have given what we wanted, without any feedback on any possible issues!
The kitchen was delivered and installed with a minimum of fuss and the team were always on hand to answer any questions.
The result is we have a magnificent kitchen, which is both ergonomic and fully accessible.

From the moment we entered the Deelux showroom in Nantwich we received nothing but professional and friendly advice. No pushy salesmanship, just guidance and helpful ideas.
Michael, the designer ,was patient and considered in his suggestions and made our decisions so much easier.
The start date arrived and everyone turned up on time, as promised. The existing kitchen was removed swiftly but carefully. Every respect was shown to us and our home.
The whole process of installing the new one was extremely professional and Graeme, the fitter , did an exceptional job. His attention to detail is a pleasure to see. He calmly got on with the job - nothing was a problem .
We are delighted with the end result and can only praise Michael , Graeme and the team for making the whole experience very enjoyable and stress free. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am writing on behalf of my mother who wanted a new kitchen installing before moving into her new flat. I can honestly say that Deelux did not disappoint. She is absolutely thrilled with her new kitchen. The whole service provided by the team was amazing. Every member of the team was so lovely and kind, always being professional and respectful of the people and the property. The kitchen was replaced very efficiently and with good humour. The end result is truly gorgeous. A great quality kitchen with quality appliances.You couldn’t ask for any more.

The company owner and the employed men were very professional, obliging and pleasant. The kitchen was completed to a very high standard within the time and date stipulated. They took care to protect carpets and clean before they left. The kitchen is very much to my satisfaction and of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We embarked on the idea of changing our kitchen at the end of August and by November the work had begun. Not for the faint hearted but when we approached Project Manager Michael on what our brief was we felt confident and assured that all work would be carried out professionally and on time.

Deelux did not disappoint - from the outset everyone involved (Michael, Graham, Andrew, Mike, Christine and Jennifer) delivered. Michael planned our kitchen that more than met our expectations. Being kept informed along the whole process with any worries/concerns addressed straight away.

We have been enjoying our new kitchen over the Christmas period and haven't looked back. It has certainly been worth the outlay adding more than just value to our home.

We would highly recommend Deelux especially if you are looking for 'peace of mind' that you will get the kitchen of your dreams without any of the headaches that can sometimes come from the planning, delivery and execution of a kitchen installation. This is all taken care of on your behalf.

Our first impression of us Deelux was their no-nonsense approach and the quality of their product. This gave us confidence to proceed with the initial design and costing phase.
Our house is old, and probably represents a greater challenge than many newer properties. Michael put together a well thought-out, compelling design, offering a competitive price for a turn-key solution that included all ancillary work. In our case the ancillary work included new electrical circuits (given we were moving from gas to electric hobs and ovens), new radiators and ceiling rework (replacement of one ceiling, over-boarding of another).
Michael put together a mutually agreeable schedule of work and start date. The start date arrived, the Deelux team turn up on site spot on time and commenced the ripout work without fuss and all as planned. Two points worthy of note: firstly, the care with which they treated the house during this work and secondly the tidy state they kept it in. On subsequent days the first fix electricians and plumbers came in. What impressed me most was the very clear directions Michael gave to these tradesmen as to what was to be done which left no room for mistakes. Plastering followed and Will produced an excellent finish.
Once the plaster had dried and been painted the fit of the kitchen began. Andrew and Graham were responsible for this. They expertly dealt with out unlevel floor and far from square walls. It was quite evident even to the untrained eye these were craftsmen: each unit was perfectly level and exactly the same height; all doors hung vertically and sat in their apertures perfectly; all door knobs were meticulously aligned. A testament to Andrew's and Graham's skills was provided by the worktop fitters who stated that they really liked working with Deelux because they could guarantee a perfectly level surface to work from which made their lives easy. The worktops and worktop fitters were great.
To conclude. Based on our experience Deelux only use the best craftsmen: there were no boys or lightweights being carried. They take great care in all aspects of the work they do; quite apart from the outcome, this is also evidenced in the tidy way they work and the tidiness in which they left our property each night. Then there’s the product: the kitchen units are super-solid with no flimsy hardboard or plywood in sight. All drawers have very strong runners, and are constructed with strength in mind; you don’t have to think twice about loading them up with heavy pans, etc. The finish of the internals is of a very high standard. The doors are beautifully made and finished. I very much doubt that a trendy German kitchen would be of this standard, and I’m quite confident that nationwide kitchen vendors won’t come anywhere close. Finally, we agreed on a price with Deelux and that was the price we paid: no extras, no quibbling. Therefore, I would thoroughly recommend Deelux. To reiterate: Deelux provide a high quality kitchen, use the best craftsman and conduct their business in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner.

Just received my best ever early Christmas present, my brand new beautiful kitchen from Deelux. I’ve had several kitchens fitted over the years in different properties and although always pleased with the end result have never gone back to the same company twice. But I can honestly say that having just gone through the whole rip out, redesign and rebuild of my kitchen, all within the time schedule given at the start of the process, I would not hesitate to recommend and indeed use Deelux again if I ever decide to make a change. The whole team from Michael in design and planning to Andrew and Graham on installation made sure the project went like clockwork. Every trade needed, turned up on time and delivered first class quality workmanship. It is both surprising and refreshing to find a business that delivers what it promises. A first class service and a dream kitchen at the end. Huge thank you to the whole team including Christine and Jennifer in the showrooms.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and bathrooms from Deelux in Chester. From planning to installation nothing was too much trouble for this expert team. We are absolutely delighted with both the quality of the kitchens and the attention to detail. I felt both comfortable and confident with the team. They were so genuinely helpful and knowledgeable and there was no hard sell at all.

Having installed our old kitchen in 2007, we had no hesitation in using Deelux again. The units originally installed were as good as new 16 years on.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen. From beginning to completion, Michael Andrew & Team worked with us every step of the way to create the bespoke kitchen we wanted. They all went above & beyond to achieve perfection.

Working with Deelux was a great experience. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and guided us through the design process. Andy carried out the survey and got everything spot on. The quality of the kitchen is great and it was delivered on time without issue. Any questions we asked were answered quickly and it was great to know the Deelux team were on hand. Deelux worked so well with our installation contractor, it was all very slick and stress free.
I can recommend Deelux without hesitation, it's a great family business.

After comparing various kitchen companies over the past 12 months or so, I finally decided on Deelux (Nantwich) and am so glad that I did. The project was not straight forward, as there were other issues to be addressed before installation. Michael who did the planning and managed the project, undertook to sort out these additional issues at the same time, and he delivered 100%. Nothing was too much trouble for Michael who delivered the high quality kitchen that I wanted. He also personally resolved any minor issues that arose along the way, to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the end result.
We couldn’t fault anyone involved in the construction or installation of the kitchen, they were all excellent, Andrew, construction, Graham, fitter, plus Steve and Steve the Quartz guys, to name a few.
Anyone considering a new kitchen and wants the reassurance that it will be constructed and fitted to the highest possible standard, should look no further than Deelux of Nantwich.

The whole process of purchasing a kitchen from Deelux has been excellent. Jennifer and Michael were really helpful at the design stage, both had very creative ideas which supplemented our ideas very well. This resulted in a kitchen which has turned out to be far better that we could have envisioned. Jennifer and Michael’s very thorough approach of making sure that all details were sorted and agreed before work commenced lead to a very smooth installation. Deelux organised all of the works and co-ordinated the trades all of whom arrived on time and carried out the works within the schedule in a clean and tidy manner. The works were well executed by an excellent team (Mike, Martin, Paul, Max and Graham) and the team from Grantech. The original schedule was maintained throughout with completion on time. At all times all of the team, as well as being very capable were friendly, flexible and accommodating.

We used Deelux to instal our kitchen. We wanted handleless units and a clean, modern look but we also wanted to retain exposed sandstone walls and an old beam and contain most of the units within a limited space. We expected some resistance to this but Michael, the Deelux surveyor, enthused over the possibilities presented by this idea and proceeded to plan workable and pleasing solutions.
Each stage went according to plan. The week of the fitting, our kitchen arrived with every item present and correct and waiting to be installed. Our kitchen fitter, Graham, was on site ready to begin and over the course of a week of intense activity brought each element together into a wonderful whole.
( Of particular note was the fitting of the quartz counter top which really did fit beautifully into a very awkward space.)
Jennifer the showroom manager kept things on course and we felt as though Deelux really wanted our project to be a success.
The finished kitchen draws compliments from visitors and we find working in it an absolute pleasure.

Phenomenal! And I mean it.
From start to finish everything has been above and beyond what I expected. The quality and attention to detail is exemplary. Its been 3 months now and every looks and feels brand new.
Jennifer really helped me when choosing styles, colours and worktops, im abit clueless so she made the whole process super easy. She even sent over a digital render of what my kitchen would like.
I didnt know a thing about kitchens but had a million questions, they took me though everything, everystep of the way and the end result is one very happy customer with jealous family members.

Well, i hardly ever do reviews but this time it has to be done. Last December we wandered into Nantwich one evening to look at the Christmas lights and ended up looking longingly into Deelux's showroom window. We were invited in by the lovely Christine and off we went!
Everything went so smoothly i had the feeling that this wasn't quite right - something had to go wrong - but it didn't. Michael ( the best kitchen designer in Cheshire, and he has the coffee mug to prove it) , was wonderful. Full of ideas and left us feeling confident. He totally kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and kept appearing during the time that the work was being done to make sure everything was fine. He certainly didn't mind getting his hands dirty either. Solid praise though needs to go to Graham who fitted our beautiful kitchen. A jack of all trades and master of them all as far as i'm concerned. What a fabulous worker and lovely man too.
We just love our kitchen. It is everything we wanted it to be and more. I still keep looking at it and thinking" Is this really all ours?"
