Aside from tech showing up almost 2…

Aside from tech showing up almost 2 hours late. Tech took care of problem with fridge. Allstate covered the expense to replace food that went bad due to having to shutdown refrigerator. Good communication. With the Allstate rep.

We liked that there was clear…

We liked that there was clear communication between us. You let us know how you were going to proceed with the possible repairs of our refrigerator.
We were lucky that the young man knew right away what the cause of the malfunction was, and was able to fix the problem in no time.
