If I didn't have Allstate Identity Protection, my situation could have been way worse! Akif was a great help walking me through everything that I needed to do to remedy the issue. I learned a lot and now I have the knowledge to control the keys to my identity.

Number 1 reason is being helpful period! The willingness of the agent to help resolve issues complicated or not makes a person BUILD trust little by little in the agent first!
