Don't use this company, as they don't deliver. Tell you that your order is underway - when its not, respond to complains that they are very busy - but will come back.

We made a call to Spreadshirt about our 24 T-Shirts ( for the children Abschlussfeier 6 grade in our school) which we ordered on 5 July 2023 (we paid extra express delivery cost €19,99) & should delivered between 07- 10 July 2023..We got an approval email about our order & delivery time. We wrote even an email to them asking for keeping their delivery time & inform them about the importance of the T-Shirts for the children. Since no response or answer,I called them today (on 10 July 2023) & found out that they don’t even produce our T-Shirts yet because they overwhelm with the orders from their clients .
How could they sent us an email ,approved of order & delivery for 07-10 July 2023 & let us ( the children specially) believing that their will get their T-shirt but then on the due date of delivery (10 July ) as we called them,easily they told us that they don’t even produce our T-shirts …..How irresponsible & unprofessional????!!!!….. they let us & the children waiting for nothing. Because of this art of them handling their customer, the children today cannot have T-shirt for their school Abschlussfeier….. & all their works designing & searching company to made their product…all for nothing. It’s sad & disappointing for the children & because of this experience….. I personally warn & send this messages to others not to do the same mistakes like us. This is the most unprofessional web company which I ever deal with .

Money taken but no record of my order,suspect scam company stay away at all costs

Quick delivery so all arrived before Christmas. Clothing material is average quality but didn’t expect much for that kind of money, it’s wearable. Prints are cheap quality, shiny, doesn’t blend with material and one of them printed too high on the front of hoodie than requested and it’s more under the chin than on the chest. It was a first experience with the company but don’t think it be buying again, sorry

Delivery, based upon experience with other T-shirt printers online, surprisingly reasonable, approx 6 days. Communication, albeit that everything ran smoothly, good. This, in the form of the usual acknowledgment of order and also a despatch email, estimating date for delivery.
I am based in England, the T-shirt appears to have been printed and sent from Germany (as far as I can tell). Had the T-shirt got caught up in customs, and had I been demanded to pay more money (as a previous reviewer mentioned), Spreadshirt's fault or not, I would have been extremely displeased.
But that didn't happen, luckily.
The quality of the print is good, the quality of the "Premium" T-shirt is ... okay. I prefer a heavier weight and a neater, less pronounced crew neck collar. As we say in these parts, the proof is in the pudding, I'll have to see how it copes with washing and general wear. This, ultimately, will determine if I go back. The 'altogether cost', including delivery, for my one-off printed T-shirt, about £19.00 (May, 2020), which, on my personal budget, I feel is about as much as I am prepared to pay.

They advertise in a way that you would believe, they deliver from your country. In fact, they deliver from where they want and then you have to pay the customs. When you contact their Customers Service, they direct you to their “paragraph 5.2.” of their terms and conditions where it would be stated that it might come from abroad. Who the heck reads that? In addition the items where of cheapest quality and stinking…

Having ordered my item before reading the reviews (doh!), I was worried about my purchase. However, I needn't have been concerned. The item arrived as specified and within the estimated time frame. Sure, the quality of the fabric isn't premium but the t-shirt suited my purpose just fine. I only need to wear it once or twice. I think if you want a high-end product, you might need to shop very wisely.
Overall though, I had no problem.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Wish I had read the bad reviews before ordering. My order was for only one T shirt from their website with a printed 13 word slogan on it. Garment was advertised as being of 'premium' quality, whatever that means. Despite selecting my choice of product from what appeared to be a UK based website when the order went through it was clear it was being processed and sent from Germany. Took a week to arrive and what came was laughable- a very cheap feeling t-shirt of thin material with the all important wording actually completely missing apart from the last 3 words.-which were printed right at the bottom of the garment. The privilege of receiving this worthless t-shirt cost me over £20. They have not responded to any emails and they don't pick up the phone. I got my money back by contact with my bank. Shameful standard of service from these complete con artists.

It was some nice tshirts I got me, I'm sure my husband will be really happy for them.

They withdrew money from my account but i have never placed an order with them. Terrible customer service. Dont use this Company.

just be aware of more than month time delivery if you expect something within certain date

placed an order the 19th June. the tshirt arrived 22nd July.
2 weeks after I was supposed to go to a party and bring it as a present...

the reply it must be due to customs...
