I paid for fast delivery, the website said that it would get to the address in 1-3 days. It’s been 7 days already, the special date i wanted it for already passed and I still don’t have an answer about it.
The website didn’t even allowed me to put a gift note on it cause it led the page to error everytime with that.

I had a problem with my first parcel and the team immediately sent me another one. Excellent client service and excellent product of course!

I had two items printed, a light hooded jumper and a t-shirt (male).

Both items were printed perfectly with no issues and came out clear and as I had envisioned. Excellent.

The reason for 4 stars is due to the quality of the jumper. The fabric on both arms is back to front. Whether this is how spreadshirt buy the jumpers or make them I'm not sure, but it was disappointing. Thankfully my partner is a seamstress and can fix the problems!

The t shirt, however, is perfect. Colour is amazing, fit is perfect and printing great.

I will use the service again in the future as I believe the quality of other products worked be higher.

Edited up to 4 stars after response from spreadshirt. Only issue is the back to front fabric, which honestly, I wouldn't have noticed if my partner hadn't pointed it out.

I was expecting to receive my parcel by Christmas, but instead due to the Post, the delivery never reached me in December. So i raised the concern to the customer service who promptly suggested a replacement shipped by a faster courier... i really appreciated it, and when the tshirt finally came the quality and the material was just great!! (worth the wait!)

The perfect gift for a keen cyclist recovering from a bypass op and hoping to be wearing the t-shirt soon! Considering it was a last minute gift close to the festivities it was delivered exactly to order! Thank you Spreadshirt!

Una delle magliette era stampata in maniera errata (stampa sul fronte anziché sul retro), e la qualità delle magliette non mi ha soddisfatto per nulla (è davvero lontana da un prodotto premium). Aspetto positivo, l'assistenza, dove Marco (molto gentile e preciso) mi ha proposto un rimborso dei prodotti.

Sicuramente non ricomprerò tshirt dal loro sito, magari valuterò altri prodotti personalizzati, ma se non altro l'assistenza, dopo un primo momento in cui non mi aveva risposto, si è rivelata buona.

One of the t-shirts was printed incorrectly (design on the front instead of the back), and the quality of the t-shirts did not satisfy me at all (it’s far from a premium product). On the positive side, customer support was excellent: Marco (very kind and precise) offered me a refund for the items.

I will definitely not buy t-shirts from their website again; perhaps I’ll consider other personalized products. However, after an initial delay in responding, their customer support proved to be good.

I previously used Spreadshirt a few years ago to create a personalized t-shirt and had a great experience, so I decided to use their service again to create 150 personalized t-shirts as wedding favors for my guests. Given the significance of the occasion, I planned everything well in advance to ensure I had ample time to manage any unexpected issues. I placed an order totaling over 1,500 euros, paid in full, and received a confirmation.

Since there was no option to specify a delivery date, I immediately contacted customer service via email and phone to request a specific delivery date, as I would be away on holiday. Customer service assured me in writing that production had been informed and that there would be no problem postponing delivery until after my return.

However, just a couple of days before I was set to return from my holiday, I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled. When I inquired about the reason, I received a vague response stating that it was a system error and that I should place the order again. I was provided with a link to reorder, but the system was cumbersome and the final cost was noticeably higher.

I reached out to customer service again, both via email and phone, and spoke with several representatives who all assured me that they would escalate the issue to production immediately. Unfortunately, this never happened. I had to follow up multiple times, only to speak with different people each time. It became clear that Spreadshirt likely outsources their customer service, as the representatives seemed to lack visibility, authority, and effective communication with the production team.

Eventually, I spoke with a helpful lady who assured me that a colleague would contact me in writing to confirm that they would honor the discount from my original order and cover express delivery due to the delay. Encouraged by this, I tried to place the order again, but the system was down, preventing me from doing so.

Frustrated by the lack of resolution and care, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I turned to Vistaprint, who immediately provided excellent service. I was able to chat live with a designer who guided me through the design application and ordering process. Not only did they deliver outstanding service, but I also ended up paying less for the entire order.

Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Spreadshirt to others. The total lack of care from customer service was appalling, and I felt completely unvalued as a customer. I hope my review will be helpful to others considering using this company.

Fast delivery and super good work… still have to try during the competition I’m going to have but seems all good.

Just one thing for the top would be good if more size are available!

The tshirts were great and when I forgot something on my order, they were so helpful and we resolved the order quickly. Thank you Spreadshirt Italia!
