Ordered some trainers which Evri delivered to the wrong address and went missing. Called the office (great to actually talk to someone and ot hang on the line for ages). This was followed by emails with Abi who arranged a replacement to be sent by Royal Mail - many thanks for sorting so quickly Abi

Size of Shoes are Different for Different Makes
Well, like an idiot I thought 9.5 Hoka Challenger 8 would be same size as my current 9.5 ASICS Nimbus. BUT they are smaller and narrower! But I couldn’t Exchange it for 1 size Bigger and 2EE wider! So Abi Smith worked out a way to Refund me Fully ( including Postage) and then Credit me back the 3rd Postage I’ve had to pay upfront! Thank you ever so much!

Terrible company
Terrible company – avoid at all costs.
Customer service is non-existent. I returned a pair of trainers after developing a manufacturing flaw following only around 10km of use. They acknowledged that the trainers had failed, but when I asked for a replacement in the same colourway—or, if that wasn’t possible, a partial refund—they refused both options.
Instead, they would only offer a discount on a future purchase, which is unacceptable when the product was faulty. To make matters worse, they didn’t even return the original shoe box when they sent the trainers back to me.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
