The price is also fair and the service is responsible and professional.

I discovered that I have bought the ticket in extremely expensive price and the seat location which was not able to select was even bad.

This is a great company, with Great prices, can’t be beat on pricing, they work with you to get you the items you need, and if for some reason it’s out of stock they will refund you instantly.

DONT BUY !

I placed an order for a World Cup match in November 2022 and never received the ticket. I called the emergency number 40 times on whatsapp, nobody answered. The thieves then recently offered to refund only half the ticket because I didn't call the emergency number from a phone number without using whatsapp.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Btw, they are located in ISRAEL so you cant pursue them 🙂

Edit : After 9 months, they finally give me back my money thanks to my review on trustpilot.
However, worst customer service ever.

I was very dissatisfied this scam company. I bought our BB tickets for over 500USD months in advance of the game in the EU. It should have been a red flag that we were not assigned specific seats, but only a section. When the date of the game was changed such that we could not attend, I asked for a refund, which they refused unless I provided even more personal bank info. They were also hard to reach despite the so-called "Emergency Hotline." Live and learn. If I had just gone through our hotel concierge and the official BB team website, I would have paid half the price, would have been assigned specific seats + a refund would have been more likely since not my fault the team moved the date of the game to a day we could not attend. Fortunately I paid with a Visa. Visa came through and reimbursed me after a few months and initiated an investigation into this company.

SCAM! CAREFUL!
I bought tickets for Portugal-Bosnia in Lisbon 17th of June from Sports Events 365, but they where a scam. We were not let inside. Money out the window and travel to Portugal for no reason.

I did buy 4 VIP-tickets to PSG game 3.6.2023. After purchase they send me message, that all Vip are sold, but they give seats upper places and after game some free drinks at vip-area. I did not want to go upper so i wanted good seats low and long side. Then they wanted more money because low seats cost more than VIP?. There was many emails and every time everything did change at those emails. They give us seats where you can't see match or stadium nicely. Next of us some family had paid each one ticket 200€ less than we did. My child had to sit far away from us on the steps because she did not see nothing and rest of family did not see also anything. You promise us Life Time experiece and that you really give us! This company STEAL your money!

They use many different emails and site names 365tickets.co.uk, sportsevents365.com, lippu365.com etc.

Reply to SportsEvents365 email of 8.6.2023. They never sent me a message to refund the money, but asked for more, offering inferior seats at a higher price. In the end the seats were so bad that you couldn't see the stadium and the pitch was really bad. I can send all the emails to you who want to see how this company works. They sell tickets that they don't even actually have for sale!

SportsEvents just keep on lying and they need to be stopped. You will not get away with this so easily and Idan Tenhauser will know it personally!

I had a great experience on football Serie A match Napoli - Sampdoria. Couldn’t get tickets over officiall site so I address to this site. In the begining I was in big doubt about this way of buying a ticket but everything went perfecty. I’ve got match e-tickets 48h before match as they announced. Entering the stadium was very easy and elegant with no delay. I had a great football experience watching Napoli celebrating championship title and definitely a big recommendation for this online site. Thank you!

I was initially very disappointed as Sports Events 365 was not able to come through with the tickets as was confirmed. I was pleased to get a full-refund and then some for the disappointment. I would say that their customer service has been very responsive to this situation and were quick to offer a refund in the circumstances. I would have loved to have seen the game, but more importantly, did not loose any money in the process. I am happy to say that the money in already back in my account. I was impressed with this and how they stayed with it until the matter was resolved and I was made whole. Outstanding customer service.

On their site it is proudly displayed that they are a reliable supplier and you only have the ultra-positive reviews displayed, just to make you feel confident.

I bought 2 tickets for a basketball game for my husband as a birthday present for the last game on our territory of an upcoming star.

2 days before this game, I receive an email informing me that they are not able to fulfill the order!... with apologies. No alternative proposals, nothing...just a refund which is just a matter of course in this case!

We are sports fans and already plan to ask them for other events.
Now it's unimaginable. Too afraid to pay for travel, accommodation and other expenses and to cancel everything at the last minute without explanation and commercial gesture.

Still waiting for a response 11 days after event..
Said we were getting category 1 tickets for the rugby ( checked their page for the exact setting location ) received category 2 but paid for the category 1.... Still asking for a response still nothing !!

Number one service always available for any question amazing experience I really enjoyed the game highly recommend see you in the next game

The only was that I got the tickets. Unfortunately, seperate was given for parents and seperate for children - I didn't get guarantee for 4 people next to each other, while I was guaranteed that the places will be in the same sector as it weren't. What it was the worst - TWO TICKETS WERE ON CORNER ALTHOUGH I PAID MUCH MORE FOR THE SIDE!!!

Tylko fakt, że bilety przyszły się zgodził. Nie miałem gwarancji, że 4 miejsca będą obok siebie, ale miały być w jednym sektorze, a tak nie było. Co gorsza, rozdzielono bilety dla dzieci i dla rodziców. A co najgorsze kupa kasy poszła na bilety, które okazały się być na narożnik, a nie na bok!!!!

We got the tickets on time, and setting was perfect..

We where 3 adults at Roma Olimpico stadium.
The Site's team were very efficient and kind.
We got good seats in a center location with a wonderful view on the match,
The tickets were sent to us 6 days before the event
with very clear instruction.

We travelled 4 adults - my wife, two adults kids and myself to see Liverpool vs Arsenal.
We ordered the Premier Club Hospitality Tickets after another package that i have ordered, was not available to all of us. we paid a little more and the guys from Ticketingo were very helpful and solved it immediately.
We received the tickets by mail 5 days before the game from LFC directly and put them in my mobile wallet. The overall experience was great, we set in a better place than we ordered, the lounge was very good and the food was also very good.
We had a great time and we are looking forward to the future events. Thank you again.
