I did buy 4 VIP-tickets to PSG game…
I did buy 4 VIP-tickets to PSG game 3.6.2023. After purchase they send me message, that all Vip are sold, but they give seats upper places and after game some free drinks at vip-area. I did not want to go upper so i wanted good seats low and long side. Then they wanted more money because low seats cost more than VIP?. There was many emails and every time everything did change at those emails. They give us seats where you can't see match or stadium nicely. Next of us some family had paid each one ticket 200€ less than we did. My child had to sit far away from us on the steps because she did not see nothing and rest of family did not see also anything. You promise us Life Time experiece and that you really give us! This company STEAL your money!
They use many different emails and site names 365tickets.co.uk, sportsevents365.com, lippu365.com etc.
Reply to SportsEvents365 email of 8.6.2023. They never sent me a message to refund the money, but asked for more, offering inferior seats at a higher price. In the end the seats were so bad that you couldn't see the stadium and the pitch was really bad. I can send all the emails to you who want to see how this company works. They sell tickets that they don't even actually have for sale!
SportsEvents just keep on lying and they need to be stopped. You will not get away with this so easily and Idan Tenhauser will know it personally!

On 27.2.23 you made a reservation on the website for 4 hospitality tickets. We have informed you that these tickets are not available and that you can cancel the order or purchase other tickets.
It was explained that the other tickets will be in the lower central ring and it was also explained that their price is more expensive.
You agreed and paid the required supplement.
The tickets that were actually delivered and on time correspond exactly to the category that was ordered, so it is not clear to us why you have complaints against us.
We have acted in good faith and all our obligations towards you have been fulfilled in full.
