Ordered a 3699 EUR e-bike Sunday - still not shipped but money taken out of account.

- Monday they informed me that I had to pay 167 EUR additional for shipping (what a significant price increase) I asked them to at least throw in some extra equipment for that horrible price increase - they did not return on that note
- Monday they took out the full amount from my bank account (3699 EUR) which is illegal if the order has not been shipped
- Tuesday I transferred additional 167 EUR to their bank account for shipping on top of the shipping I had already paid

It is now Friday and the bike is still not shipped and they do not return to me and let me know when it will be done. Terrible experience.

There is no phone number to call and the customer service has a response time of about 24h with very short answers.

If you are going to buy a bike and you live within one of the countries that they specify in their “terms and conditions” think twice - you might get an extra bill on 167 EUR - I am still wondering if and when I will receive my now several thousand EUR equipment that has already been taken out of my account but not been sent.

I will be sharing this review on the E-bike forums that I used to find the bicycle in the first place - people need to know what to expect.

Updated: Got my bike 10 days later

I bought a sportwatch (Polar Vantage M2). Delivery was ok. The watch was not es described on the website of Polar - thats not a problem of SportOkay, that is a problem of Polar. But I wanted to return the watch and then the communication with SportOkay was not as helpful and as polite as I as a customer would expect it.
I found a solution together with Polar for it, so I did not finalize the fight with SportOkay.

@SportOkay: Regarding your last answer: I never told that you described the item wrong - see above.

I bought a sleeping bag. It arrived exactly as they promised. The only thing was that after checking the sleeping bag, it looked to me that it was in their stock for a while. Moreover, package tracking is not the best one here. But I contacted their customer service once and asked about the status of my package and they responded to my email within two days. So, my overall experience with this website was good and I recommend it.

All well, smooth purchasing. Could be 5 star if delivery to Finland was bit quicker, now there are many delivery stops on the way. But that is probably more the fault of the logistic partner rather than SportOkay. Will buy here again, this was already repeat order.

Fast delivery, fast answering of e-mails, later: defective item was immediately replaced and re-sent, customer service is very important

I ordered articles form their online store with an advertised delivery date 1 - 3 days from ordering, which seemed rather fast but was exactly what I needed. Now after a week the package has not even left their depot. So if you order from their store don't expect delivery dates to be timely and up the the advertised speeds

Very slow shipping - took several days to ship, and then quite a while to arrive. They have no support number, only an email address - which takes a day or two to respond.

Didn't know this site but it turns out it has the best price in the market! Bought the IXS Trigger Fullface MIPS Camo Fullface and shipment was so fast, just 2.5 days!

I discovered this site recently, and found some bike products that I couldn't find elsewhere, despite this the prices have not been inflated.
Shipping was fast and there were no problems.

I bought skis, after the transfer of funds I received a message the next day that I had to pay more money for the transport. Only after I complained that it was not correct to change the price after payment I received an answer explaining why it happened.
I canceled the order.
