We can see that your account has had max stake limits added by our trading team. These limits are added by the team as a business decision and once added, will not be removed.

Sorry for any disappointment caused, but our decision in this regard is final.

The scariest part is the fact this scenario has played out so many times over the last ten years with so many sites, In terms of how I gamble, switching between devices etc, never had this issue with another site, this was an opportunity to play with the terms spotted by someone at sport nation.

Signed up at the weekend, won &300 on roulette,£450 on football bets, was able to withdraw the 300, the £450 has been confiscated because I use multiple devices and sometimes use the next doors WiFi when I'm in their house, did not accept a bonus but I've been banned for gaining an unfair advantage, literally only gambled my own money, god knows how you gain an unfair advantage on football multiples and roulette numbers, do not use this site if you have multiple devices, they have literally looked for opportunities to withhold the winnings and got me on something many people could relate to, absolute crooks.

Genuinely just feel robbed, min wage worker getting a decent win and they have literally just stolen it off me, absolutely no advantage, I never take the bonus offers on any site because they are scandalous, this unfair advantage notion baffles me.

The worst part for me is that they have reviewed a full month's bank statement, they are fully aware that £450 is a large amount of money for me, it's nothing to them and they are still happy to screw me over for some small technicality.

Update: have now raised a complaint, up to 8 weeks for a reply, this really is ridiculous, never experienced anything like this across all the sites I've used over the last 10+ years, I wouldn't say I'm in the plus in that time either, if they will do this over £450, I wouldn't even feel comfortable getting a big win on this site

It is my understanding that the foundation of your complaint is that the winnings on your account have been removed.

Following a review of the account it was found that you had breached our terms and thus the winnings on the account were confiscated. Please see below the sections of the terms which were breached resulting in the above actions.

6.10 Users may open only one Account on the Website and only one Account is allowed per household and per IP address. Any duplicate and/or linked Accounts that are identified will be refused, suspended or closed. If the Operator identifies duplicate or linked Accounts that in the Operator's sole discretion have been created with the intention of gaining additional bonuses, circumventing any Account limits (including stake, deposit and other wagering limits), or to gain any other unfair advantage, then the Operator reserves the right to void all Bets placed in all duplicate and/or linked Accounts (including a User’s primary account). To the extent such voiding of Bets results in a negative balance in any Account, the Operator reserves the right to set-off such negative balance against any positive balance remaining in any duplicate and/or linked Account.

I do understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, however I would like to wish you all the best for the future.

If you remain dissatisfied with the response, please follow the complaints procedure on site and respond to this email including the reasons that you are not satisfied with the way that your complaint has been handled. The complaint may at that point be escalated to Senior Management for a final decision.

Mr response:
1. I only have one account.
2. I did not gain any advantage, roulette and football bets usually result in losing money.
3. I provided 4 pieces of documentation, I am who I say I am, there has been no foul play.
4. I did not accept or use any bonuses.
5. I put a monthly deposit limit on my account of £25 after winning, this proves I have no motivation to take advantage of whatever it is you are implying I was trying to take advantage of.

Please escalate this, I'd like a deadlock letter to move through this process as quickly as possible and take this to the gambling comission, this would not have been an issue if I lost the money, I will also be documenting this publicly online.

Got the same reply several days later signed by Luke again, didn't respond to anything I said, decision final, they are legitimate thieves

Very poor interface and bad options,always lagging and never possible to place a bet you want it just doesn't selected, then you have no choice but to select a game you didn't want! which works! but don't allow you to bet on things you want because then you will win. Useless $hit with useless support and a useless betting system. Avoid

Plenty of coverage on Sports, Rewards points are a good feature. Sometimes the odds aren't the best but generally on par.

i have been happy with the site and fast withdraw, maybe a few more promotions on the horses lol and be 5star :)

Quite comprehensive site but promotions are limited and if you do take part rewards are not as easily accessible as other bookmakers

Absolute thieves, they still wont refund my money months later, robbed me of 600 GBP.

I have lost or had my debit card stolen so need to remove it from betting sites. SKY, Virgin and 888 all paid me my winnings to my new card no problem whatsoever, however this is the reply I got from Sports Nation :-

In order for us to remove the cards from your account, we first need to verify the account.
In order to verify the account, we require the following 2 documents:

· Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months, or any other official Government documentation with all 4 corners showing (mobile phone bills not valid). Please note we do not accept screenshots
· Proof of ID - (Passport or Driving License, front and back).

As well as this we also require the last 4 digits of each card you wish to remove and the reason that you wish to remove the card from the account.

You will need to get a letter from the bank or go to the banks chat facility, if they have one, and get confirmation, the card you would like to remove has been lost / stolen and replaced.

Once we have all of the above information, we will pass the details over to the payments team to process the card removal.

Im not brilliant on the computer and have no idea how to do these things. How do I get proof from chat page with the bank without doing a screenshot?? My advice save yourself the stress and look at other sites (not this one or bet365)

ps they accepted money off my new card for a bet (which I lost) but wont pay me the money I won on another bet to my card. Take money no problem, but throw every barrier possible to stop you withdrawing it. :-(

Terrible experience. Opened an account, made a deposit, placed a bet. They then restricted my stakes to 1p, which is below their minimum stake. They claim it’s a business decision and it’s irreversible. I have a balance of £3.00, can’t place a bet & can’t withdraw. They refuse to explain themselves. Absolutely ridiculous…..scam?

firstly open the account about 3 years ago
and 9 months ago i got a message saying please check your account you have money in there i ignored and thought this was a scam anyway they sent again and i clicked on it there was £2,300 in there a withdrawal never went through 2 years ago because needed to send in verification anyway.
i played on the account and had some bets.
i placed a bet £250 at 7/1 golden state to win the nba. i then went to withdraw my money i changed address and no longer had the account i sent them every document they required and with a huge fight they payed out 6 months later !!! they closed my account but i said there is a bet outstanding they said when it settles the money will be sent to you.
now the bets won they are refusing to pay me saying my they are not paying because section 4.2 and 6.10.

ive done nothing wrong and demand to be paid this bet was places 9 months ago.
What should i do
How can they do this. !!!!

I can't recommend this company. I registered and was limited to tiny stakes before I had even put a bet on. I haven't had this before with any other companies. However, the company wouldn't explain why and i was left to close my account with just my time wasted.

Great site for sports betting and live casino. Fast withdrawal times as well overall a great site to use!
