I've used sportnation for nearly a year I believe and I'll likely continue to use it for another year, especially during the world cup. It has good offers, bright different design to other betting sites, lots of sports and good odds and its reward scheme is definitely a USP. The home screen is a bit messy and the mobile site isn't as good as it could be but overall would recommend.

Overall a good betting site however the promotions they offer I use and have to chase for the free bets or spins which should not have to happen.

Competitive odds on horses but my account was closed without any warning. I had to enquire several times why I couldn't log in. Eventually live chat said a decision had been made to close my account a month ago and an email should have been sent (it wasn't- just a request for verification docs). No reason given, funds returned.

I saw a great promotion being advertised but after registering for an account couldn't see how to activate it. I sent them a message but got no reply. I sent another message a few days later only to be told that this promotion is not current. They need to check where they are being promoted to make sure everything is current and not mislead potential customers. I'll stick to William Hill - everything is dead straight with them and they have regular promotions which they honour :)

Quite a decent site and good quick payouts but seems you get limited as soon as you start winning. Had bee using them on and off for a while then made 350 profit on a day pretty much every bet dropped in. Was immediately limited to a stake of 0.01. Have closed the account as it’s now useless.

In summary they are happy with slot players and losers but don’t you dare win anything - apparently that’s not allowed.

So they can just take the money in your account and close your account and there is nothing you can do about it.

Avoid this website at all cost and better yet report them to the gambling commission as I have done for stealing my money.

Go out of their way to be unhelpful

Card was lost and I need proof from my bank that it's been lost before I can replace it. I asked my bank about getting proof and they just laughed and said there is no such thing. Do the people who set these rules realise this?

I joined betnation a bit sceptical because there are a lot of apps going around claiming they're better than others. But this one really caught my attention and I stuck with it because of the brilliant customer service actually. Easy to get through and they were extremely helpful better than any other app
