The cycling gear is of excellent value
The cycling gear is of excellent quality at a reasonable price and super fashionable. I had some difficulty with ordering and navigating site. It would be great to be able to sort by size.
I did have a pair of bibs come apart and was offered a warranty refund however the particular item/color was no longer available and it matched a jersey so I kept it and wore it with the open strap seam. It would have been to have received some compensation here.

Package lost & disastrous customer service
They lost the package. I contacted customer service and they did the opposite of helping: they just doubted my complaints without investigating anything. After several days of visits and calls, I managed to locate the package, of course without any help from Sportful. I requested a refund for the €10 shipping fee I had paid, and they have ignored all my emails. Very unprofessional company, I will not buy their products again or recommend them to anyone.

My opinion
Most of the cycling jerseys are Sportful and I am very satisfied with the quality and lifespan. I am also satisfied with the fast delivery, often the package is with me within 24 hours. I often buy when there are sales. Unfortunately, special collections like Daniel Oss sell out too quickly, they obviously have too little stock. It could be bigger.

Poor fit (tight) despite following guidelines
